School Education - A.P Samagra Shiksha - Termination of the Services of Contract Employees working under Samagra Shiksha in the State for the academic year 2024-2025 and Re-engagement for the academic year 2025-26 - Reg  Rc.No.1392113/APSS/A1/2025, Dated:23-04-2025.

 

Read:-

1. Proc.Rc.No.13/90/2021-EST 3(Part-5), Dated 05.04.2025 of the Director of School Education, Andhra Pradesh, Mangalagiri.

2.Proc.Rc.No.ESE02-30027/2/2023-A&I-CSE, Dt:22-04-2025 of the Director of School Education, Andhra Pradesh, Mangalagiri.

 

All the Additional Project Coordinators, Samagra Shiksha in the State are hereby informed that in the references read above, the Director of School Education, Andhra Pradesh, Amaravati has issued instructions to all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers in the State that, the Academic Year 2024-25 will be concluded by 23.04.2025 and declared Summer vacation for all schools in the State under all managements from 24.04.2025 to 11.06.2025.

 

Therefore, all the Additional Project Coordinators in the State are requested to terminate the contractual agreement of the Services of all the Contract Employees, who are working under the control of Additional Project Coordinators, Samagra Shiksha in the State (i.e. Data Entry Operator, MIS Coordinator, CRMTs, I E R P s , Messengers, Office Subordinates, Site Engineers, Part Time Instructors, System Analysts and the Sectoral/ Assistant Sectoral Officers etc.) as per terms and conditions of contractual agreement by 23-04-2025 for the academic year 2024-25 duly following the procedure laid in the agreement.

 

Further, all the Additional Project Coordinators, Samagra Shiksha in the State are instructed to re-engage their services w.e.f 25-04-2025 for the ensuing academic year i.e, 2025-26 duly following the guidelines of the contractual agreement and under proper approvals of the concerned District Collector and Chairman, Samagra Shiksha.

 

These instructions are not applicable to the staff working under KGBVs .
