Ref:- Checklist Proforma in respect of Private Aided Schools in the State of Andhra Pradesh.

 

The attention of all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and the District Educational Officers in the State is invited to subject cited, and informed that there are 789-aided schools functioning in the State of Andhra Pradesh. Among them, 415 are Primary Schools, 125 are Upper Primary Schools and 249 are High Schools .

 

Further, there is an essential to maintain comprehensive records of all Private Aided Schools at both the District level and the Head of Department (HoD) level for ready reference, covering the following aspects:

  • Details of Teaching Staff.
  • Infrastructure (movable/immovable).
  • Status of Recognition.
  • Enrollment as per UDISE data.
  • Details of Correspondentship.
  • Grant-in-Aid Information and others

In this regard, all Regional Joint Directors of School Education (RJDSEs) and District Educational Officers (New District DEOs) in the state are requested to collect the information from the management of Private Aided Schools in the prescribed format, as appended and follow the below instructions

  1. Fill in the information as per the prescribed Checklist Proforma.
  2. Compile and bind the information into a book format (Spiral binding), with relevant documents enclosed for each school Separately.
  3. Prepare 03 sets of Books and submit one set (for each school) to this office without fail.( Remaining 02 sets are to be maintained in the District unit for ready reference strictly)
  4. This data collection must be completed and submitted within 10 days without fail to ensure streamlined record maintenance and facilitate efficient decision- Prompt cooperation in this matter is highly appreciated.
