Ref:- Video Conference held on 07.02.2025 by Addl. Secretary, Finance.
Attention of the DT&AOs in the state is invited to the subject and reference cited. They are informed that the Addl. Secretary has reviewed agenda items district-wise and instructed the DT&AOs on the following items:-
G.P.F Balance confirmation:-
All the DT&AOs are requested to instruct their STOs/ATOs to follow up with the DDOs under their jurisdiction and confirm the GPF balance of his employees duly verifying the balance as on 31.03.2024, subsequent subscription amount, withdrawals by the employee. The T.Os should see that the data confirmation has to be completed by 20.02.2025.
EL Balance confirmation:-
All the DT&AOs are requested to instruct their STO/ATOs to follow-up with the DDOs under their jurisdiction and complete the EL balance entry of the employees as per their Service Register. The T.Os should see that the data confirmation has to be completed by 20.02.2025.
Sub-caste confirmation of SC community:-
All the DT&AOs are requested to instruct their STOs/ATOs to make their DDOs aware of this tile in their logins and guide them to complete the data confirmation of sub-caste of SC community. As the report has to be submitted to the One Man Commission with respect to employees under SC community along with the sub-caste details. The T.Os should see that the data confirmation has to be completed by 20.02.2025.
AVCs:-
All the DT&AOs are instructed to bestow their personal attention, speed up verification, complete by the end of February, 2025 and see that the pension is paid with out interruption to all the pensioners.
AC/DC Bills:-
All the DT&AOs are instructed to complete the legacy bills attending to the AG objections at first instance and continue the drive to complete the submission of DC bills with the DDO and AG until the clearance of the bill.
AG pending audit paras:-
All the DT&AOs are instructed to conduct a special drive to complete the paras within three months. A qualitative reply to be given to the AG for dropping the paras at once instead of repeated correspondence with rejection. He informed them that the progress will be reviewed every month.
In view of the above, all the DT&AOs are hereby instructed to show some progress by next Video conference.
