The attention of the District Educational Officers and all the Principals of AP Model Schools are informed that a press notification was issued for conducting VI class Entrance Test for admission into 164 Model Schools in the State for the academic year 2025-26.

 

The following tentative schedule is proposed to conduct the Admission Test for admission into VI class in AP Model Schools.

Further it is informed that the Principals are requested to give wide publicity and to put their best efforts for full enrollment.

 

A Press note may be issued in local New papers under news items.

• The services of PGTs and TGTs may be utilized for visiting all villages where Primary Schools are located in the catchment area of the Model School. The advantages in taking admission into Model Schools should be explained to parents i.e., free Education, free books, free uniform, free food in the afternoon (Mid-Day-Meal), good infrastructure facilities, library and laboratory facilities, Academic enrichment programs etc.,
• Highly qualified teachers, extra study hours and particularly highlighting that the medium of instruction is English.
• Meetings with self help groups, parents etc., may be organized to publicize the objectives of Model Schools and their importance.
• The parents may be ensured that “once the admission is taken in VI class, the entire education of their children up to II year Intermediate” will be looked after by the Government.
• Pamphlets to be printed and distributed in surrounding villages of Model Schools narrating the advantages of studying in Model Schools.
• Banners /Posters may be displayed in prominent places i.e. at O/o Mandal Revenue Officer, Mandal Resource Centres in village secretariats and other important places in the Mandal.
• Awareness Programme should be conducted at school Level along with MEO, Elementary School head teachers and parents.
• Coaching classes to students may be conducted freely for a week or so, on how to answer effectively the admission test to boost up their confidence.

 All the Principals of Model Schools are instructed to take necessary steps for giving wide publicity on VI class Entrance Test. There shall be no admission to the student in APMS without clearing the entrance Examination.

 

Further the District Educational Officers are requested to conduct meetings with MEOs and Principals, disseminate the instructions to the field functionaries to receive more number of applications and also ensure that the admission process is conducted in a smooth and transparent manner as per schedule.

 

Any deviation in the matter will be viewed seriously.

ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ ఆదర్శ పాఠశాలలలో 2025-26 విద్యా సంవత్సరములో 6వ తరగతిలోనికి ప్రవేశము కొరకు ప్రకటన.

ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ లోని 164 మోడల్ స్కూల్స్ (ఆదర్శ పాఠశాలల)లో 2025 - 2026 విద్యా సంవత్సరమునకు '6'వ తరగతి లో విద్యార్థులను చేర్చుకొనుటకై ఆన్ లైన్ ద్వారా దరఖాస్తులు కోరబడుచున్నవి. ఈ ఆదర్శ పాఠశాలలో బోధనామాధ్యమము ఆంగ్లములో ఉండును. ఈ పాఠశాలలో విద్యనభ్యసించుటకు ఎటువంటి ఫీజులు వసూలు చేయబడవు.

ప్రవేశ అర్హతలు:

• వయస్సు: ఒ.సి., బి.సి. (OC, BC) కులాలకు చెందిన విద్యార్ధులు 01-09-2013 మరియు 31-08-2015 మధ్య పుట్టి ఉండాలి. యస్.సి., యస్.టి. (SC, ST) కులాలకు చెందిన విద్యార్థులు 01-09-2011 మరియు 31-08-2015 మధ్య పుట్టి ఉండాలి. 
• సంబంధిత జిల్లాలలో ప్రభుత్వ లేక ప్రభుత్వ గుర్తింపు పొందిన పాఠశాలలలో నిరవధికంగా 2032-24 మరియు 2024-25 విద్యా సంవత్సరములు చదివి ఉండాలి. 2024-25 విద్యా సంవత్సరములో 5 వ తరగతి చదువుతూ అర్హత పొంది ఉండాలి.
• దరఖాస్తు చేయడానికి ముందుగా వివరాలతో కూడిన సమాచార పత్రము కొరకు https://apms.apcfss.in/ చూడగలరు.

దరఖాస్తు చేయు విధానము: 

అభ్యర్థులు పై అర్హత పరిశీలించి సంతృప్తి చెందిన తర్వాత తేది. 24.02.2025 నుండి 31.03.2025 వరకు net banking/credit/debit card లను ఉపయోగించి gate way ద్వారా అప్లికేషన్ రుసుము చెల్లించిన తరువాత వారికి ఒక జనరల్ నెంబరు కేటాయించబడును. ఆ జనరల్ నెంబరు ఆధారముగా వెబ్ సైట్ https://apms.ap.gov.in/apms/ online లో) లో దరఖాస్తు చేసుకొనవలయును.

దరఖాస్తు చేయడానికి రుసుము: 

• OC మరియు BC లకు రూ.150/- (అక్షరాల 150/- రూపాయలు మాత్రమే)
• SC మరియు ST లకు రూ. 75/- (అక్షరాల 75/- రూపాయలు మాత్రమే)

6 వ తరగతి ప్రవేశమునకు పై ప్రవేశ పరీక్షల్లో OC మరియు BC విద్యార్థులు 35 మార్కులు SC మరియు ST విద్యార్థులు కనీసం 30 మార్కులు పొందియుండవలెను.

ప్రవేశములు ప్రతిభ ఆధారముగా (అనగా ప్రవేశ పరీక్షలో పొందిన మార్కుల ఆధారముగా) మరియు రిజర్వేషన్ రూల్స్ ప్రకారము ఇవ్వబడును.

ప్రవేశపరీక్షా ప్రశ్నాపత్రము Objective Type లో వుండును. ఇతర వివరములకు ఆదర్శ పాఠశాల ప్రిన్సిపాల్ ను గాని లేక సంబంధిత జిల్లా విద్యాశాఖాధికారిని/ మండలే విద్యాశాఖాధికారిని సంప్రదించగలరు.
