The attention of all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Offices in the State are hereby informed that, vide reference 7th cited the Government have accorded permission to implement the zonal-wise menu as a trial run till the end of academic year, a decision to continue the same menu can be taken as per the feedback at the end of the academic year. The zonal-wise menu is as follow.

Zone-I:

 

Zone - 3. (Srikakulam, Parvathipuram Manyam, Vizianagaram, Visakhapatnam,  ASR,  Anakapalli)

Therefore, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers in the State are requested communicate the above said Government memo to all the field functionaries of their jurisdiction and issue instructions to implement the above mentioned zonal wise menu as a trial run from 1st March-2025 to till the end of the academic year.

They are further informed that separate instructions will be issued with regard to the collection of feedback on the above said zonal wise menu for taking further course of action.
