In partial modification of the orders issued in the references 1st to 3rd read above, the Director of School Education, A.P., hereby appoints the following senior officers of the School Education Department as District Level Nodal Officers for immediate response to address the issues pertaining to the School Education Department at the Regional/District Level, in coordination and consultation with all stake holders i.e., District Collector/District Educational Officer/District Public Relations Officer, etc.

The District Level Nodal Observers are instructed to address adverse news promptly and efficiently on various issues pertaining to the School Education Department, thereby minimizing any negative impact on its reputation and operations.
The Assistant Director (Planning) is instructed to work closely with the designated District Level Nodal Officers to ensure timely rejoinders and accurate reports on any adverse news. These reports should be communicated to all concerned authorities, and status updates should be reported to the undersigned in coordination with Sri D.Madhusudhana Rao, Nodal Officer, State Level Grievance Redressal Officer and with the DSE Peshi.
The above instructions shall be followed meticulously without any deviation. If any deviation is noticed, stringent disciplinary action will be initiated against those responsible in accordance with the existing rules in force.
