The Timetable of Intermediate (APOSS) Public Examinations, March, 2025 (Theory), subject to the outcome of the WP No.1509/2025, is communicated to all the District Educational Officers in the state with instructions to give wide publicity in print and electronic media.
Further, approved list of examination centers, as proposed by the District Educational Officer, concerned is communicated, with instructions to complete the process of appointment of Chief Superintendents / Departmental Officers and other examination functionaries and submit to the Collector & District Magistrate and Commissioner of Intermediate (APOSS) Public Examinations and appraise the arrangements made.
CONDUCT OF COORDINATION MEETING ALONG WITH BIE EXAMS, WITH LINE DEPARTMENTS BY THE COLLECTOR & DISTRICT MAGISTRATE:
Please inform the Collector & District Magistrate, that the schedule of Intermediate (APOSS) Public Examinations, March, 2025 is aligned with the regular Intermediate Public Examinations, Mach, 2025, on the second-year exam dates, conducted by the BIE. Hence, the Collector & District Magistrate, may be requested to convene an intradepartmental coordination meeting of APOSS exams along with the regular Intermediate exams.
All the District Educational Officers are informed that in the reference first cited, the Collector & District Magistrate is designated as District Commissioner of Intermediate (APOSS) Public Examinations. In the reference second cited, High-Power Committee is to be constituted with the District Collector, Superintendent of Police, Regional Joint Director of School Education, District Educational officer and other officials to monitor the conduct of exams in the district. Further, in the reference third cited, permitted to constitute the District Examination Committee which functions under the leadership of the District Educational Officer and carry out its functions under the guidance of the Collector and is accountable / answerable to the Collector & District Magistrate.
Further, all the District Educational Officers in the state are directed, that all the issues regarding examinations shall be appraised to the concerned Regional Joint Director from time to time and get necessary instructions, whenever, necessary.
While appointing the Chief Superintendents, Departmental Officers and Invigilators the following guidelines shall be followed scrupulously with utmost transparency at all levels.
GUIDELINES FOR APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF SUPERINTENDENS/ DEPARTMENTAL OFFICERS:
- CS/DO appointments shall be made to an examination center, from other than the school in which he is working. Under any circumstances they shall not be appointed in their own working school as CS/DO.
- Consider appointing the HMs of Govt./Mpl./Z.P/ A.P. Model Schools/Govt. Residential Schools /Aided High Schools only.
- HMs/School Assistants of the schools accredited as APOSS study centers shall not be considered for appointment as CS/DO for APSS examination duties. If there is any need to utilize their services, they shall be appointed in an examination center where their APOSS students are not clubbed for the examinations and the TA & DA is not allowed in such cases.
- Consider for appointment to the examination duties. the Intermediate faculty working in Govt. Jr. Colleges, Govt. Residential Jr. Colleges, A.P. Model Schools, Aided Junior Colleges, with sufficient experience, wherever they are available.
- All appointments shall be made without any commitment of TA &DA.
GUIDELINES FOR APPOINTMENT OF INVIGILATORS:
- All appointments shall be made to an examination center(school) other than the school the incumbent is working. Under no circumstances they shall be appointed in their own working school.
- Consider appointing the teachers of Govt./Mpl./Z.P/ A.P. Model Schools/Govt. Residential Schools /Aided High Schools, only.
- Invigilators for examinations. If there is any need to utilize their services, they shall be appointed to the examination center, where their APOSS students are not clubbed for the examinations and the TA & DA is not allowed in such cases.
- Consider for appointment and examination duties of the Intermediate faculty working in Govt. Jr. Colleges, Govt. Residential Jr. Colleges, A.P. Model Schools, Aided Junior Colleges, with sufficient experience, wherever they are available.
- Teachers shall not be drafted to invigilation duty on the days of examination in subject they teach in the school.
Soon after completion of appointments of Chief Superintendents and Departmental Officers, all the District Educational Officers are instructed to submit the communication plan in the enclosed/prescribed proforma on or before 20.02.2025.
All the District Educational Officers are informed that it is proposed to dispatch the Answer Book Parcels to the Examination Centers in between 15.02.2025 to 20.02.2025, through a transport agency, under door delivery scheme. As such, the District Educational Officers are instructed to complete the process of appointment of Chief Superintendent and Departmental Officers before 15.02.2025, so as to enable them to receive the answer book parcels.
