Attention of all the District Educational Officers in the State is invited to the subject cited, wherein the schedule for Summative Assessment-I (SA-I) examinations have been issued to all the Districts . The status of examination schedule as follows :-

In order to maintain transparency and to conduct the examinations in smooth and transparent manner, the following instructions shall be followed:
- All Question Papers for the remaining examinations should be preserved at the local police stations.
- A revised Mathematics paper will be provided to re-conduct the examination on 20.12.2024.
- Question papers will be stored securely at the nearest police station. The Mandal Education Officers (MEOs) 1 and 2 will be the custodians of the preserved papers.
- Question paper bundles will be handed over to the concerned schools only one hour prior to the commencement of the examination in each session.
- MEOs must ensure the integrity of the question papers. The concerned HMs of the schools should ensure that the examinations are conducted smoothly and fairly.
- In case of any untoward incidents, the concerned HMs shall report to the higher authorities immediately.
- MEOs and CRPs should focus on monitoring examination conduction procedures in both private and government-managed schools.
- All DCEB secretaries are instructed to fle complaints regarding cybercrime at the designated police stations.
- DEOs and RJDs are instructed to follow up on cases for earliest resolution.
- No outsiders shall allowed inside the school premises during the examination.
- Prohibition of Cell phones and other electronic gadgets shall be ensured.
- No shifting of candidates from hall allotted.
- The invigilation duty shall be assigned to the teachers of other subjects instead of the subject of ongoing examination.
- The sealed question papers shall be opened 10 minutes before the commencement examinations.
- The sealed question papers shall be opened by the 3 men committee consisting of Head Master and 2 senior school Assistants.
- The time of opening of the question paper packet seal shall be mentioned on the cover paper.
- Unused question papers shall be preserved in a steel almirah under custody of the Head Master.
- No student shall be permitted to leave the exam centre till the scheduled time is completed.
- Invigilators are not allowed to carry the mobile phones during examination time.
- No Media person shall be allowed into the premises during examination time.
- In Mandal Level, if there are more than one police station, the school Complex HMs are appointed as Custodians.
Therefore, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education, District Educational Officers and DCEB Secretaries are requested to strictly adhere to the instructions and disseminate the same to the field level officers for strict compliance.
