In continuation of the references cited, the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers in the State are informed that the School Leadership training (Learning cycle II) programme to the School Heads for the Regional Level training is scheduled with 6 days' duration on residential mode through various batches. As per the schedule the 5th batch is completed from 16.12.2024 to 21.12.2024 at 13 regional venues.

 

Further they are informed that, it is decided to conduct the 6th batch training from 26.12.2024 to 31.12.2024 at 8 venues in the State. The following are the details of venues.

 

In view of the above, the following certain instructions should be followed for the school leadership training programme.

• The School Leadership training shall be held in the identified locations
• The schedule of the training is as follows.

5.30 to 6.30am	Physical Activity (Residents only)
6.30 to 8.00 am	Fresh up and breakfast (Residents only)
8.30 to 9.00 am	Attendance (FRAS) and Pre-test
9.00 to 10.45 am	Session
10.45 to 11.00 am	Break
11.00 to 1.00 pm	Session
1.00 to 1.45 pm	Lunch break
1.45 to 2.00 pm	Attendance (FRAS)
2.00 to 3.45 pm	Session
3.45 to 4.00 pm 4.00 to 5.00 pm	Break Session
5.00 to 5.30 pm After 5.30 pm	Presentation of best  practices participants Attendance (FRAS)
5.30 to 6.30 pm	Free time
6.30 to 8.00 pm	Cultural activities (Residents only)
8.00 to 9.00 pm	Dinner (Residents only)

 

Attendance, (FRAS) is compulsory for all the participants. Deviation in this regard will be viewed seriously and defaulters have to repeat the training in subsequent batches with their own cost.

 

Further the RJDSE's, DEOs and APCs concerned are requested to utilize the services of M.Fs with the assistance of AMOs as per the requirement of each batch/venue. The in-charge officials shall stay in the venue and coordinate with officers for the conduct of the above trainings. Further they are requested to follow the above instructions/schedule and take every possible measure to conduct the training effectively.
