All the Regional Joint Directors and District Educational Officers in the state are hereby informed that, as per the reference 2nd cited, the SSC public examinations are scheduled to be held in March 2025. It is further noted that students appearing for these examinations will be doing so under the new syllabus. In light of this, and to ensure good results among all students in the state, it has been decided to implement a 100-day action plan developed by SCERT.
Importance of the 100-Day Action Plan for Class X Public Exam Preparation
In view of the points mentioned above, the 100-day action plan has been proposed by SCERT to mitigate exam-related fear among students and build their self-confidence. The plan is designed to ensure focused and efficient preparation for the SSC March 2025 exams, benefiting both students and teachers in the following ways:
Focused Preparation with Individual Attention
- Teachers will have ample time to cater to the needs of all students, including slow learners and high achievers, by paying individual attention.
- The plan allows students to progress at their own pace, especially helping merit and slow learners to improve steadily.
- Extra classes are proposed to ensure timely completion of the syllabus and regular practice of SSC-type questions.
- This structured approach will help students become familiar with the exam pattern and gain the confidence to perform
- Daily class tests will be conducted, and teachers will provide timely feedback based on the analysis of student performance.
- Remedial teaching will address areas of difficulty, ensuring continuous improvement and better understanding of
- A pre-final and a grand test are planned to familiarize students with the actual examination environment.
- These tests will be conducted according to the blueprint released by the Director of General Exams, ensuring alignment with the SSC exam format.
- District and mandal officers will monitor the implementation and progress of this action plan across all schools.
- Subject teachers are required to maintain records, including evaluated scripts and marks, for verification at any time.
Implementation Directive
To ensure the success of this action plan, it is mandatory for all schools under government management to implement it for Class X students starting from 1st December 2024 without any deviation. Teachers and administrators are directed to strictly adhere to the guidelines and work collaboratively to achieve the desired outcomes for the SSC March 2025 examinations.
This action plan includes key activities such as the Mega PTM, SA-1, FA-3, Grand Test, Pre-Final, and others.
Guidelines for the 100-Day Action Plan
- Care has been taken to ensure an equitable workload for subject teachers based on subject weightage and the number of days available.
- All subject teachers are required to conduct slip tests during Reflection Time.
- These tests must be evaluated and discussed during Session-4.
- In Session-4, teachers should analyze the previous day's slip test answer scripts.
- Remedial classes or assignments must be provided for slow learners during this session, while merit students should be guided to achieve full scores.
- Headmasters are solely responsible for the smooth implementation of this action plan in collaboration with subject teachers.
- Headmasters should make necessary adjustments to the regular school timetable to ensure there are no disruptions to other classes, as all classes are equally important.
- Sunday classes should be conducted with all necessary precautions in place.
- Special care should be taken for the safety of girl students. Subject teachers must ensure that all students leave the school premises safely, particularly on Sundays.
- Parents must be informed of the complete schedule well in advance for arrangements related to transportation, lunch on Sundays, and the safety of their children.
- Headmasters must not allow teachers to exchange their classes unless absolutely necessary for one or two days. Regular permission requests during this period are not permitted.
- SCERT will release subject-wise question bank module soon.
- A soft copy can be downloaded from the CSE website, and subject teachers are advised to follow it.
Open-Source Access
- The question bank module will be provided as a soft copy to DCEBs and made available in open-source format.
Permission for Deviations
- Any deviations from the plan must be reported and prior permission obtained from the relevant authorities.
Compensatory Casual Leave (CCL)
- Teachers who physically attend school during holidays are eligible for Compensatory Casual Leave (CCL) as per the rules in force.
- In special cases, district-level plans may be prepared and implemented based on local needs. Such plans must be submitted to the Director, SCERT immediately.
In this regard all the District Educational Officers are directed to issue timely orders, prepare supervision mechanisms, and coordinate with Head Masters to ensure successful implementation of the plan.
