While enclosing a copy of the Government memo along with its enclosures in the reference cited, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers in the state are hereby requested to map all regular Employees, Pensioners and APCOS employees working in the Department, who are not enrolled in Household (HHs) database shall enrolled at an early date. 63388 employees of school Education department who are not enrolled in HH database is attached the below google drive link, as directed by the Government.

Ref: From the Secretary to Government, GSWS Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh, D.O. Letter No.2627220/GSWS/E-393/2024, dated:24.11.2024.
A copy of the reference cited is sent herewith to all the Head of the Departments under the control of School Education wherein the Secretary, the GSWS Department has requested to reap all regular Employees, Pensioners and APCOS employee's working in the Department, who are not enrolled in Household (HHs) database shall enrolled at an early date. 63388 employees of school Education who are not enrolled in HH database has been attached the below google drive link.
He has also informed that An SMS to all the employees who are not enrolled in HH data was also pushed along with the above link with a request to enroll themselves and the details of their family members by clicking the link.
They are therefore, requested to take necessary action accordingly, in the matter, as desired therein.
