In the circumstances reported by the State Project Director, Samagra Shiksha, in the letter 3rd cited, Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord permission for payment of honorarium/remuneration to Samagra Shiksha Contract & Outsourcing Employees, including those serving in KGBVS, for the strike period which spanned up to 21 days (different organizations participated on different dates and for varying durations) treating the strike period as "Leave" subject to condition that they shall attend to their duties for equal number of holidays.
The State Project Director, SS, is therefore requested to take further necessary action accordingly, in the matter.
