Ref: Lr.Rc.No.ESE02-MISCOMISC(MISC)/30/2024-SCC, dt.5.10.2024 of the Director of School Education and State Chief Commissioner, A.P., BSG.
It is informed that in the reference cited, the Director of School Education and State Chief Commissioner, Bharat Scouts & Guides has stated that, the Bharat Scouts & Guides State Association will organize Basic Courses for Male and Female teachers of PM SHRI schools. A registration fee of Rs.381/- will be charged. Additionally, a Camp Development Fee of Rs.50/- and a Certificate Fee of Rs.50/- will be charged for each Scout and Guide. These fee will be collected at the time of training. Upon successful completion of the training camp, the State Headquarters of the Bharat Scouts & Guides will issue certificate to the participants and requested to release an amount of Rs.50,000/-(Rupees Fifty thousand only) to each of the 649 PM SHRI Schools (Phase-l) under the head of strengthening of Bharat Scouts & Guides in PM SHRI Schools in Andhra Pradesh for conduct of training and petrol camps and also providing uniform materials.
Under the powers vested with the State Project Director, Samagra Shiksha, A.P., sanction is hereby accorded for Rs.3,24,50,000/-(Rupees Three Crores twenty four lakhs and fifty thousand only) to 649 PM SHRI Schools (Phase-l) under the head of strengthening of Bharat Scouts & Guides in PM SHRI Schools in Andhra Pradesh for conduct of training and petrol camps and also providing uniform materials. (list of school enclosed). The expenditure will be met under intervention of 2024-2025 PM SHRI PAB for 662 schools (19.19.16)
Hence, the Finance Controller of this office is requested to release an amount of Rs.3,24,50,000/-(Rupees Three Crores twenty four lakhs and fifty thousand only) towards conduct of training camps and the details expenditure is to be incurred for strengthening of Bharat Scouts & Guides in 649 selected PMSHRI Schools under Phase-I (Rs.50,000/- to each of PM SHRI Schools) through online. The expenditure will be met under intervention of 2024-2025 PM SHRI PAB for 662 schools (19.19.16)
