All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers in the state are aware that the Department has issued detailed guidelines/conditions and eligibility criteria for selection to the posts of Sectoral/Assistant Sectoral Officers in the A.P. Samagra Shiksha Society under Foreign Service Terms and Conditions (FSTC) vide reference 1st read above.
It has brought to the notice of the undersigned that certain officers are not adhering to the guidelines issued by the Department, and submitting proposals in the middle of the academic year without mentioning any alternative arrangements at school/institution, which may disturb the seamless transition of academics in the schools/institutions.
Therefore, it is reiterated that all Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers in the state should follow the guidelines/instructions issued by the Department in addition to the O.Ms.No.10 & 2 scrupulously without deviation, for transfer/postings under Foreign Service Terms and Conditions (FSTC). Further ensure alternate arrangements while submission of Proposals.
If any deviation in this regard, disciplinary action will be initiated against the responsible officers as per A.P.CS (CCA) Rules, 1991.
