Attention of all the DT&AOs in the state and the ATO, CRT, O/o DTA, AP, Mangalagiri is drawn to the subject and reference cited(copy enclosed). They are well aware that, the Annual Verification (Life) Certificates from the pensioners shall be obtained during the months of January and February every year, as per the instructions issued in the reference cited.
They are, therefore, directed to obtain the Annual Verification (Life) Certificates from all the pensioners for the F.Y. 2025-26 during the period from 01.01.2025 to 28.02.2025 only Remaining instructions as issued in the reference cited should be followed scrupulously. Further, they are also instructed to inform the above periodicity to the pensioners associations and also give wide publicity through print and electronic media along with display Boards/Banners in District Treasury Offices/Divisional Treasury Offices/Sub Treasury offices in the entire state of Andhra Pradesh.
Further they are informed that it came to the notice of the undersigned that the pensioners are confused in submission of life certificates during the period. To avoid such confusion, an elongated propaganda is necessary and intimate the arrangements made in this regard to the undersigned.
The instructions should be followed without any deviation, and if not, action will be initiated against the concerned officials
