Attention of the Regional Joint Directors of School Education, Kakinada, Guntur and Visakhapatnam and District Educational Officers of NTR, Palnadu, Guntur, Bapatla, Vizianagaram and Srikakulam districts are invited to the references read above, wherein they are informed that the Regional Institute of Education (RIE),Mysuru is organizing three days training programme for all southern states on new textbooks of classes I to III developed by NCERT and Jaadui Pitara - a collection of play-learning material (physical, digital and e-Jaadui pitara) for foundational and preparatory stages for three days from 22-10-2024 to 24-10-2024 at RIE,Mysuru.
In this regard 07 Key Resource Persons have been identifed from NTR, Palnadu, Guntur, Bapatla, Vizianagaram and Srikakulam districts to act as master trainers to attend the RIE, Mysuru training programme from 22-10-24 to 24-10-2024.
Further the DEOs of NTR, Palnadu, Guntur, Bapatla, Vizianagaram and Srikakulam districts are instructed to relieve the above 07 identifed SGTs, so as to enable them to attend the three days training programme to be held at Regional Institute of Education ( RIE) , Mysuru from 22-10- 2024 to 24-10-2024 .TA and DA will be paid to the participants by NCERT as per their norms. It is mandatory for the participants to book tickets through IRCTC/Ms. Balmer Lawrie & Co./Ms. Ashoka Travels and Tours only, failing which NCERT will not be liable to pay towards their air tickets.
All the participants are requested to report at RIE,Mysuru by 22-10- 2024 by 9.30 am without fail
