Samagra Shiksha, AP - Quality - Sanction of an amount of Rs.5190.275 Lakhs towards composite school grant for Elementary, Secondary and Sr. Secondary Schools for the year 2024-25 Release of 50% to the Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the State - Orders- issued  Rc.No. 55-15024/36/2021-SAMO-SSA, Dt. 21/10/2024

The Finance Controller of this office is hereby informed that in the reference cited as per the availability of the funds in APSS 50% composite grants i.e. Rs.5190.275 Lakhs of the overall budget were released to the districts (as per PAB 2024-25 approved) for 40728 schools both elementary, Secondary and Sr. Secondary schools for the PAB 2024-25 as per enrollment in UDISE 2022­23 except PM SHRI schools, KGBVs, Jr. Colleges and other society schools.

Under the powers vested with the State Project Director, A.P. Samagra Shiksha, sanction is hereby accorded and released 50% composite grants i.e. Rs.5190.275 Lakhs from the total budget of Rs. 10380.55 to release the district APCs as per PAB 2024-25 approved for 40728 schools.

 

The Finance Controller of this office is hereby instructed to release the budget for an amount of Rs.5190.275 Lakhs to the above Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the State.

 

The above sanctioned amount for Rs.5190.275 Lakhs shall be met from the intervention of Composite School grant of PAB 2022-23. (S.No. 5.4 & 3.4).

 

The District Educational Officers and Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the State are hereby directed to release the budget to the above Schools concerned immediately for the year 2024-25 and upload the expenditure in PRABANDH portal without fail and also directed to inform to the school HMs to upload the estimation and expenditure in the app developed by TCS team and it will be approved by MEO through online also for utilization of annual grants like PMSHRI.
