4. Participating CM to local leader. 

5. Time table will be shared for PTM conducting 

6. Discuss on student progress 

7. Student analysis with parents 

8. Whole class analysis 

9. Teachers are account able to the parents 

10. Discussion on progress card 

11. Discussion on student Attendance percentage 

12. Student behaviour Talents and weakness 

13. Time and punctuality 

14. Explain first school activity by the student at home to the patent 

15. Competitions for parents a)rangoli for mother b)tug off war for fathers 

16. All parent meeting my active parent s member as guest cultural activities by parents and student

17. Prepare and Report on school progress by HM by covering School academic performance enrollment dropout achievements available facilities needs of the school and contribution

18. Just speeches on school development supports of the teacher achievements and overall facilities by smc chair person, active mother, Donors or people representative

19. All parents invitis teachers followed by concluding remarks 

20. Printed Materials- Agendas, Progress Reports.

21. Mementos, Prizes and Certificates for students and parents

22. Refreshments- Tea/Coffee/Snacks for Parents and Teachers

23. Miscellaneous-Contingency funds for unexpected expenses

24. Finally shubh din bhojan special food items should provide tall parents invited along which students

Student specific discussion points: Attendance Subject-wise Performance Review Student Behaviour Student Discipline and Punctuality Identified Gaps Specific Parental Support Physical and Mental Health B. Common discussion points at class level: Classroom Challenges Positive Home Environment Maintaining Sleep Routine Homework and Projects Nutrition and Mid-Day Meals Importance of Girl Child Education	Class teacher / Subject teacher and Parents

11:30-11.50	20 minutes	Competitions for the Parents. Class wise a Rangoli for mothers. b. Tug of war for fathers.	All interested parents
11:50-12.15	25 minutes	Common meeting for parents of all Classes and invitees Welcome to the guests on to the dais.	One active mother/ any SMC member female will anchor entire programme.

2.15-12.30	15 minutes	Report on School Progress covering the following Components. Overall school academic performance, Enrolment Dropouts Achievements, Available facilities Needs of the school Contributions.	School Head
12.30-12.45	15 minutes	Guest speeches on the following School development Cyber awareness support of his teachers on his/her achievements, over all facilities	SMC Chairperson, Active mother, Students, Old  Philanthropists, Peoples representatives
12.45-12.50	5 minutes	Feedback and suggestions from the Parents and invitees.	Student volunteers and one Teacher

12.50-1.00	10 minutes	Pledge by all parents, Invitees, teachers followed by concluding remarks	All parents, invitees, Teachers Chairperson. SMC
