The District Educational Officer & Ex-Officio Project Coordinator, Samagra Shiksha and the Additional Project Coordinator concerned in the State are informed that in the ref.1st cited Government has accorded permission to fill up 342 vacant teaching posts in Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalayas (KGBVs) on contract basis and 1,146 vacant non-teaching posts in Type-III and Type- IV KGBVs on outsourcing basis in the state.

In this connection, a paper notification has been issued from state office on 26-09-2024 for calling Online applications through www:: apkgbv.apcfss.in from the eligible candidates as per the schedule vide in ref.2nd cited. Accordingly, the eligible candidates are applied through online up to 10.10.2024 as per timeline prescribed in given schedule.
The APCFSS has generated tentative merit list for all subjects duly considering the marks entered by the candidates. In this merit list, there is possibility to enter higher marks than the achieved marks either by mistake or intentionally. Hence the merit list generated by the APCFSS is not final.
In this connection, the District Committees have to verify the all entries in the tentative merit list generated by APCFSS based on the verification of original certificates and be prepared final merit list considering all grievances received from the candidates.
Therefore, all the District Educational Officer & Ex-Officio Project Coordinators, Samagra Shiksha and Additional Project Coordinator concerned in the State are hereby instructed to download the tentative merit list from the given link https://welfarerecruitments.apcfss.in/ and pass the information to the candidates to the certificate verifications and complete the recruitment as per the timeline prescribed in schedule vide in ref. 3rd cited.
