PREPARATION OF ELECTORAL ROLLS OF Vizianagaram- Visakhapatnam Uttarandhra and EAST-WEST GODAVARI TEACHERS' LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL
Notice under rule 31(3) of the Registration of Electors Rules, 1960
In pursuance of rule 31(3) of the Registration of Electors Rules, 1960 each of the Electoral Registration Officers whose particulars appear in the First Schedule below hereby calls upon every person entitled to be registered in the electoral roll of the constituency mentioned in the said Schedule to send to or deliver at his Office, on or before 6th November 2024 at the latest, an application in Form 18 appended to the Registration of Electors Rules. 1960 and reproduced in the Second Schedule below, for inclusion of his/her name.
The applications may also be sent to the Assistant Electoral Registration Officers / Designated Officers whose particulars are shown in the FIRST SCHEDULE.
As the electoral rolls for the Teachers' Constituencies are required to be prepared afresh every time before an election, all persons whose names are included in the existing electoral rolls for these Constituencies should also submit fresh applications in the prescribed form
In case of a person who is not engaged in teaching on the date of application, the certificate should be signed by the Head of the institution in which he last served.
Applications in bulk whether submitted in person or by post, shall not be considered for inclusion by the ERO. However, the Head of the Institutions may forward the applications of all his staff together. One member of a family may also submit the Form -19 of other members of the same family and may get the certificate verified by producing original certificates in respect of each member.
It should be noted that any person who makes a Statement or declaration in the application which is false and which he either knows or believes to be false, or does not believe to be true will be punishable under Section 31 of the Representation of people Act. 1950.
Printed applications of Form-18 may be obtained from the Offices of ERO AERO Designated Officers or Manuscript, typewritten, cyclostyled or privately printed forms will also be accepted.
Graduate, Teacher MLC Elections 2025 Voters Registration Info:
మార్చి 2025 లో జరిగే గుంటూరు-కృష్ణ మరియు ఉభయ గోదావరి జిల్లాల గ్రాడ్యుయేట్ MLC నియోజక వర్గాలకు అలాగే ఉత్తరాంధ్ర టీచర్ MLC ఎన్నికల కు ఓటు నమోదుకు షెడ్యూల్ తో నగారా మోగింది.
సెప్టెంబర్-30, 2024 to నవంబర్-6, 2024 లోపు ఓటు నమోదు చేసుకోవాలి.
పాత ఓటరు లిస్టు ఉండదు. అందరూ మరలా క్రొత్తగా ఓటర్లు గా నమోదు కావలసిందే.
Graduate MLC ఎన్నికలకు Form 18 లో
Teacher MLC ఎన్నికలకు Form 19 లో ఓటును Sept 30 నుండి Nov 6 మధ్య ఆఫ్/ ఆన్ లైన్లో నమోదు చేసికొనవచ్చును.
ఏదైనా Degree పూర్తి చేసి ఎన్నికలు జరిగే నియోజక వర్గాల పరిధి లో నివసించే వారందరూ Graduate MLC ఓటరు గా నమోదు చేసికొనవచ్చును.
Graduate MLC ఓటు నమోదుకు Form 18 తో పాటు
1) Graduate Degree Provisional/Original Attested Xerox copy
2) Photo
3) Aadhar (Optional) Copy
4) Voter id/Residence proof Copy ను జత చేసి నివాసమున్న మండల తహశీల్దారు ఆఫీసులో ఇవ్వాలి.
Graduate /Teacher MLC ఓటరు గా నమోదు అగుటకు Assembly Election ఓటరు గా ఉండవలసిన పని లేదు.
ఈ రెండు రకాల MLC ఎన్నికలకు కావలసినది నివాసము మరియు అర్హత మాత్రమే
Online లో పంపిన దరఖాస్తులకు మరల ఇంటికి వెరిఫికేషన్ కు వచ్చినప్పడు Certificate Copies ఇవ్వాలి.
అదే Offline దరఖాస్తులకు ఇవ్వనవసరము లేదు. నివాసము ఉంటున్నారా లేదా అని మాత్రమే వెరిఫై చేస్తారు.
మార్చి 2025 లో జరిగే ఈ MLC నియోజక వర్గాల పరిధి లో టీచర్లు/ గ్రాడ్యయేట్లు అందరూ బాధ్యత గా Form 18/19 ద్వారా ఓటరు గా నమోదు చేసుకొనగలరు.
