All the District Educational Officers and Additional Project Coordinators in the state are aware that vide ref 3rd read above, the proceedings are issued for reconstitution of School management committees in all the schools except private unaided schools along with the guidelines and schedule.
All the District Educational Officers and Additional Project Coordinators in the state are requested to communicate the list of frequently asked questions (FAQs) and corresponding answers, Pledge attached in this proceeding to all the MEOS to further communicate to all the HMs for smooth conduct of elections for reconstitution of School Management committees.
సందేహం: ఆర్.టి.ఇ. యాక్ట్ 6 నుండి 8వ తరగతి వరకే కదా 9 మరియు 10 తరగతులకు ఎన్నికలు నిర్వహించనవసరం లేదు కదా.?
సమాధానం: జి.ఓ.ఎమ్.ఎస్.నెం.41 తరువాత అనేక సవరణలు ప్రభుత్వం చేయడమైనది. అందులో ఆ సవరణల ఆధారంగా మనం నడుచుకోవలసి ఉంది. MemoNo.3939/APSSA/CMO/2019, Date. 16/9/2019 లో ప్రభుత్వం విడుదల చేసిన మార్గదర్శకాల ఆధారంగా 2018-19 సంవత్సరంలో SSA & RMSA విలీనం జరిగినందున హైస్కూల్స్ నందు 6 నుండి 10 తరగతులకు ఎన్నికలు జరపాలని అందులో పేర్కొన్నారు. కావున ఉన్నత పాఠశాలలు 6 నుండి 10వ తరగతివరకూ, 3 నుండి 10వ తరగతి వరకూ ఎన్నిక నిర్వహించుకోవచ్చును.
సందేహం: తల్లిదండ్రులు ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగులు అయితే ఎన్నికలలో పోటీచేయవచ్చునా ? gsr
సమాధానం: ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగులు ఎన్నికలలో పోటీచేయకూడదని Memo.No. SSA-16021/1/2019-MIS SEC-SSA, Dt: 21/09/2021 ఉత్తర్వుల ద్వారా ప్రభుత్వం స్పష్టం చేయడమైనది.
సందేహం: కవల పిల్లలు ఇద్దరూ ఒకే తరగతిలో చదువుతున్నారు. తల్లిదండ్రులు ఇరువురూ ఎన్నికల ప్రక్రియలో పాల్గొనవచ్చునా.?
సమాధానం: తల్లిదండ్రులు ఇద్దరూ ఎన్నికల ప్రక్రియలో పాల్గొనవచ్చును. ఇద్దరూ పోటీకూడా చేయవచ్చును, ఓటింగ్ కూడా చేయవచ్చును అని Memo.No. SSA-16021/1/2019-MIS SEC-SSA, Dt: 19/09/2021 ద్వారా క్లారిఫికేషన్ ఇచ్చియున్నారు.
సందేహం: ముగ్గురు అంత కన్నా ఎక్కువుగా పిల్లలు కలిగిన తల్లిదండ్రులు కమిటీ ఎన్నికలలో పోటీ చేయవచ్చునా ?
సమాధానం: పోటీచేయరాదు అని Memo.No. SSA-16021/1/2019-MIS SEC-SSA, Dt: 19/09/2021 ద్వారా క్లారిఫికేషన్ ఇచ్చియున్నారు.
సందేహం: 15 కన్నా తక్కువ రోలు ఉన్న పాఠశాలల్లో ఎన్నికలు నిర్వహించాలా?
సమాధానం: నిర్వహించనవసరం లేదు. అందరు తల్లిదండ్రులు యాజమాన్య కమిటీలో ఉందురని Memo.No. SSA-16021/1/2019-MIS SEC-SSA, Dt: 19/09/2021 ద్వారా క్లారిఫికేషన్ ఇచ్చియున్నారు.
సందేహం: ఒక తరగతిలో 6 కన్నాతక్కువ విద్యార్థులు ఉన్నారు. ఆ తరగతికి ఎన్నిక నిర్వహించాలా?
సమాధానం: ఆ తరగతి విద్యార్థులను ఆ పై తరగతి లేదా క్రింది తరగతిలోకి కలిపి ఆ రెండు తరగతులకు ఎన్నిక నిర్వహించాలి అని Rc.No.SSA-16021/54/2023-SEC-CMO SS, Dated: 30/07/2024 ద్వారా క్లారిఫికేషన్ ఇచ్చియున్నారు.
