Reliance has been providing scholarships to meritorious students for over 25 years, inspired by Reliance Founder-Chairman Shri Dhirubhai Ambani’s belief that the best way to ensure the nation’s progress is to invest in its youth. Over the years, Reliance Foundation scholarship programmes have impacted the lives of 23,000 youth across India.
Since the establishment of the Dhirubhai Ambani Scholarship (DAS) in 1996, Reliance has encouraged and supported meritorious students to pursue a higher education, and nurtured them to become young professionals. A large number of these scholars have gone on to pursue further higher education from premier institutes, including IITs, IIMs in India. DAS has provided scholars a stepping stone for upward mobility through increased confidence, access to enhanced education opportunities and increased earning capacity, also enabling them to contribute towards the financial wellbeing of their families. DAS alumni have proceeded to take leadership positions in their communities and workplaces, and have secured jobs at reputed organisations in India and abroad.
In 2020, Reliance Foundation launched the 'Reliance Foundation Scholarships in Artificial Intelligence and Computer Sciences’ to achieve a deeper impact in the field of frontier sciences and engineering that are playing a key role in shaping India's future.
In 2022, Reliance Foundation once again extended its commitment to India's youth with a commitment to support an additional 50,000 students with scholarships over the next 10 years, aiming to nurture talented youth from across the country who have the potential to drive the nation’s future success for social good.
Since 2022-2023, Reliance Foundation has been supporting 5,100 students annually, including 5,000 meritorious undergraduate students from underprivileged sections of society studying any stream of their choice through the Reliance Foundation Undergraduate Scholarships, and 100 of India's brightest postgraduate students studying eligible subjects in new technologies through the Reliance Foundation Postgraduate Scholarships.
Both Reliance Foundation Scholarships aim to nurture and empower meritorious students and will work together to generate robust, vibrant and engaged alumni networks, enabling scholars to pursue higher education, emerge as young professionals, and drive India’s growth.

Reliance Foundation Postgraduate Scholarships 2024-25
Eligibility

Only students who are enrolled in the first-year of a full-time regular postgraduate degree programme pursuing select future-ready courses in Engineering, Technology, Energy and Life-Sciences.

Must have secured 550 to 1,000 in the GATE examination
OR
- Must have scored 7.5 or above in their undergraduate CGPA (or % normalised to CGPA) [If students have not attempted GATE]

Open for resident Indian citizens.

2024-2025 విద్యా సంవత్సరానికి 5000 మంది యూజీ, వంద మంది పీజీలకు అవకాశమివ్వడానికి దరఖాస్తులు రిలయెన్స్ ఫౌండేషన్ ఆహ్వానిస్తోంది. ఎంపికైనవారికి కోర్సు పూర్తయ్యేంతవరకు ఆర్థిక ప్రోత్సాహం కొనసాగుతుంది. మెరిట్ కమ్ మీన్స్ ప్రాతిపదికన వీటిని అందిస్తున్నారు.
ఇలా అవకాశం వచ్చినవారు యూజీ డిగ్రీ వ్యవధిలో రూ.2 లక్షల వరకు ప్రోత్సాహం పొందవచ్చు. పీజీ వాళ్లైతే రూ.6 లక్షల వరకు దక్కుతుంది. స్కాలర్షిప్పును ట్యూషన్/ హాస్టల్ ఫీజు, ల్యాప్టాప్, అకడమిక్ పుస్తకాలు, కోర్సుల కోసం వినియోగించుకోవచ్చు. వీరికి రిలయన్స్ ఫౌండేషన్ నుంచి కెరియర్ పరమైన సహకారమూ లభిస్తుంది. ఏటా కొంత మొత్తాన్ని విద్యార్థి బ్యాంకు ఖాతాలో జమచేస్తారు. నగదు ప్రోత్సాహకంతోపాటు సాఫ్ట్ స్కిల్స్ శిక్షణ, వర్క్షాపులు, అలమ్నీ నెట్వర్క్ అనుసంధానం మొదలైనవన్నీ అదనంగా లభిస్తాయి. ఇతర స్కాలర్షిప్పులు పొందుతున్నవారూ వీటికి దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవచ్చు.
దరఖాస్తు ఎలా చేసుకోవాలి
యూజీ లేదా పీజీ ప్రథమ ఏడాది విద్యార్థులు రిలయెన్స్ ఫౌండేషన్ వెబ్సైట్లో పూర్తి వివరాలు నమోదు చేసుకోవాలి. పాస్పోర్టు సైజు ఫొటో, అడ్రస్ ప్రూఫ్, పది, ఇంటర్ మార్కుల పత్రాలు, ప్రస్తుత కళాశాల/ సంస్థ నుంచి బోనఫైడ్ సర్టిఫికెట్, కుటుంబ వార్షికాదాయ వివరాలు, దివ్యాంగులైతే సంబంధిత రుజువు పత్రాలు ఇవన్నీ అప్లోడ్ చేయాలి. విజయవంతంగా దరఖాస్తు పూర్తిచేసుకున్నవారికి ఏ తేదీ, ఏ సమయంలో ఆన్లైన్ ఆప్టిట్యూడ్ పరీక్ష నిర్వహిస్తారో సమాచారం అందుతుంది.
అర్హతలేమిటి:
- ఏదైనా యూజీ కోర్సు మొదటి సంవత్సరం రెగ్యులర్ విధానంలో చదువుతున్నవారే వీటికి దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవాలి. గరిష్ఠ వయసు నిబంధన లేదు. ఆన్లైన్, దూరవిద్య, రిమోట్ విధానంలో చదువుతున్నవారికి, ద్వితీయ, తృతీయ సంవత్సరం కోర్సుల వారికి అవకాశం లేదు.
- తల్లిదండ్రుల వార్షిక ఆదాయం రూ.15 లక్షల లోపు ఉంటేనే అర్హులు. రూ.2.5 లక్షల లోపు ఉన్నవారికి ప్రాధాన్యం.
- ఇంటర్/ప్లస్ 2లో 60 శాతం మార్కులు ఉండాలి. పది తర్వాత డిప్లొమా పూర్తిచేసుకున్నవారికి అవకాశం లేదు.
పీజీ స్థాయిలో
దేశంలో ఏదైనా సంస్థలో ఆర్టిఫిషియల్ ఇంటెలిజెన్స్, కంప్యూటర్ సైన్స్, మ్యాథమెటిక్స్ అండ్ కంప్యూటింగ్, ఎలక్ట్రికల్, ఎలక్ట్రానిక్స్, మెకానికల్, కెమికల్, రెన్యూవబుల్ అండ్ న్యూ ఎనర్జీ, మెటీరియల్ సైన్స్ అండ్ ఇంజినీరింగ్, లైఫ్ సైన్సెస్ కోర్సులు చదువుతున్నవారు వీటికి దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవచ్చు. కోర్సు వ్యవధికి మొత్తం రూ.6 లక్షల వరకు అందిస్తారు. ఇందులో 80 శాతం విద్యా సంవత్సరం ప్రారంభంలో, మిగతా 20 శాతం ప్రొఫెషనల్ డెవలప్మెంట్, కాన్ఫరెన్సులు, పర్సనల్ డెవలప్మెంట్... తదితర ఖర్చుల కోసం చెల్లిస్తారు. నిపుణులతో సమావేశం, సంబంధిత రంగంపై అవగాహన పెంచడం ఈ స్కాలర్షిప్పులో భాగం.
వివరాల నమోదు
రిలయన్స్ ఫౌండేషన్ వెబ్సైట్లో ఎలిజిబిలిటీ క్వశ్చనీర్ను పూర్తిచేయాలి. పర్సనల్, అకడమిక్, ఎక్స్ట్రా కరిక్యులర్ యాక్టివిటీస్ వివరాలు నమోదు చేసుకోవాలి. రెండు రిఫరెన్స్ లెటర్లు జతచేయాలి. వీటిలో ఒకటి అకడమిక్ నైపుణ్యాలు, రెండోది వ్యక్తిత్వం, నాయకత్వ లక్షణాలు తెలిపేది కావాలి. రెండు ఎస్సేల్లో.. ఒకటి పర్సనల్ స్టేట్మెంట్, రెండోది స్టేట్మెంట్ ఆఫ్ పర్పస్ రాసివ్వాలి. వీరికి ఆన్లైన్ ఆప్టిట్యూడ్ పరీక్షనూ నిర్వహిస్తారు. గంట వ్యవధిలో 60 మల్టిపుల్ ప్రశ్నలకు సమాధానాలు గుర్తించాలి. వెర్బల్, ఎనలిటికల్ అండ్ లాజికల్, న్యూమరికల్ ఎబిలిటీల నుంచి వీటిని అడుగుతారు (యూజీ పరీక్ష మాదిరిగానే దీన్నీ నిర్వహిస్తారు). ఇండస్ట్రీ నిపుణులు, అకడమిషియన్లు, సంబంధిత విభాగంలో నాయకత్వ స్థాయిలో ఉన్నవారు బృందంగా ఏర్పడి దరఖాస్తులు పరిశీలిస్తారు. ఇలా పరిశీలనలో నిలిచినవారికి ఇంటర్వ్యూ ప్రిపరేషన్, వెబినార్లు ఉంటాయి. నిపుణుల బృందం వర్చువల్ విధానంలో ఇంటర్వ్యూ నిర్వహిస్తుంది. ఇందులో మేటి వంద మందికి స్కాలర్షిప్పులు మంజూరు చేస్తారు.
యూజీ పరీక్ష
ఇది రిమోట్ ప్రోక్టర్డ్ విధానంలో ఉంటుంది. ఇంటర్నెట్ సౌకర్యంతో కంప్యూటర్/ల్యాప్టాప్ ఉన్నవారు ఇంటి వద్ద నుంచే ఈ ఆన్లైన్ పరీక్ష రాసుకోవచ్చు లేనివారు ఏదైనా ఇంటర్నెట్ కేంద్రానికి వెళ్లి పూర్తిచేసుకోవచ్చు. కెమెరా, మైక్రోఫోన్ ఆన్లో ఉంచాలి. వాటిద్వారా పర్యవేక్షణ ఉంటుంది. పరీక్ష వ్యవధి ఒక గంట. 60 మల్టిపుల్ ఛాయిస్ ప్రశ్నలు వస్తాయి. ప్రతి ప్రశ్నలకు ఒక మార్కు. వెర్బల్, అనలిటికల్ అండ్ లాజికల్, న్యూమరికల్ ఎబిలిటీ ప్రశ్నలు ఒక్కో విభాగం నుంచీ 20 చొప్పున ఉంటాయి. ప్రతి సెక్షనూ 20 నిమిషాల్లో పూర్తిచేయాలి. వెర్బల్ ఎబిలిటీలో.. స్పాటింగ్ ఎర్రర్, సెంటెన్స్ కంప్లీషన్, గ్రామర్, రీడింగ్ కాంప్రహెన్షన్ ప్రశ్నలు వస్తాయి.
అనలిటిక్ అండ్ లాజికల్ ఎబిలిటీలో సమస్యనువిశేపించడం కారణాలు కనుక్కోవడం, పరిష్కారాన్ని గుర్తించడంపై ప్రశ్నలుంటాయి. న్యూమరికల్ ఎబిలిటీలో.. రేషియో, పర్సంటేజీ, నంబర్ సీక్వెన్స్, డేటా ఇంటర్ప్రైటేషన్ నుంచి అడుగుతారు. పరీక్షకు వారం మందు వెబ్సైట్లో ఆన్లైన్ ప్రాక్టీస్ టెస్టు అందుబాటులో ఉంచుతారు. ఆప్టిట్యూడ్ టెస్టు స్కోరు, అకడమిక్, పర్సనల్ సమాచారం ఆధారంగా అర్హులను ఎంపికచేస్తారు. విద్యార్థినులు, దివ్యాంగులకు ప్రాధాన్యం. ఎంపికైనవారి వివరాలు డిసెంబరులో ప్రకటిస్తారు.
అర్హత: పీజీ తొలి సంవత్సరం కోర్సు చదువుతుండాలి. గేట్ స్కోరు 550-1000 మధ్య ఉండాలి. ఈ పరీక్ష రాయనివాళ్లెతే 7.5 కంటే ఎక్కువ సీజీపీఏ ఉన్నప్పటికీ అనర్హులే)

Reliance Foundation Undergraduate Scholarships 2024-25
Eligibility
An applicant must:

Be a resident Indian citizen.

Have passed Class 12 with minimum 60% marks and is attending a regular full-time undergraduate degree programme in India.

Have household income less than INR 15 lakhs per year (preference given to income less than INR 2.5 lakhs).

Answer the mandatory Aptitude Test
The following students are not eligible:

Students who are in the 2nd year or higher (have started their courses from academic year 2023-24 or before)

Students pursuing their degree through online, hybrid, remote, distance or any other non-regular modes
-
Students who have passed their diploma after Class 10.

Students pursuing a 2 year undergraduate degree.
-
Students who do not complete the mandatory aptitude test or are found cheating during the test.
Benefits
Up to INR 2,00,000 over the duration of the degree programme.
