Work Adjustment 2024 - online Process
- SIMS 3 https://cse.ap.gov.in/ లో లాగిన్ కావలెను.
- మొదటిగా SURPLUS TEACHERS LIST మరియు DEFICIT SCHOOLS LIST రెండు లిస్టులు download చేసుకోవలసి ఉంటుంది. ఈ రెండు లిస్ట్ లను సరిచూసుకొని ఏవైనా తప్పులు ఉన్నట్లు గమనిస్తే DEO ఆఫీసుకి తెలియజేసి సరిచేయించుకోవాలి.
- పై లిస్ట్ లను మీ కార్యాలయం నోటీస్ బోర్డు నందు అందుబాటులో ఉంచాలి.
- Surplus Teachers లిస్ట్ లో ఉన్న ఉపాధ్యాయులను పిలిచి, వారికి వారి subject నందు seniority వివరాలు తెలియజేయాలి.
- Surplus లో ఉన్న ఉపాధ్యాయులకు వారి subject లో ఉన్న deficit పాఠశాలల వివరాలు తెలియజేయాలి.
- ఇప్పుడు surplus లో ఉన్న ఆ ఉపాధ్యాయుడు deficit list లో ఉన్న ఏ పాఠశాలను ఎంచుకొంటారో రాతపూర్వకంగా తీసుకోవాలి.
- ఇప్పుడు SIMSలాగిస్ లో ... Services--→Work Adjustment--→ Drop Down Menu select subject →click on "GO".
- “GO" బటన్ పై click చేశాక ఆ subject లో deficit పాఠశాల ల లిస్ట్ వస్తుంది.
- ఎంచుకున్న సబ్జెక్టు లో సీనియర్ ఉపాధ్యాయుడు కోరిన పాఠశాల ఎదురుగా ఉన్న "Allot " బటన్ పై నొక్కండి.
- ఆ సబ్జెక్టు లో Surplus ఉన్న ఉపాధ్యాయుల లిస్ట్ చూపుతూ సీనియర్ ఉపాధ్యాయుని ఎదురుగా ఒక Check Box | వస్తుంది.
- Check Box పై క్లిక్ చేసి కిందన ఉన్న "Submit" బటన్ పై క్లిక్ చేయండి.
- ఫలానా ఉపాధ్యాయుడు ఫలానా పాఠశాల కి adjust చేయబోతున్నారు. Freeze చేయమంటారా? అని Confirmation అడుగుతుంది.
- సరైనది అయితే "OK" పై క్లిక్ చేయండి. "Allotted successfully" అని Pop-Up message వస్తుంది. (వివరాలు సరి కానిచో, Cancel నొక్కి వెనక్కు వెళ్ళి మళ్ళీ Allot బటన్ నుండి process కొనసాగించండి.)
- "OK" పై క్లిక్ చేయండి.
- ఇప్పుడు ఇందాక మనం Allot చేసిన పాఠశాల, లిస్ట్ లో కిందకి వెళ్ళి block చేయబడి ఉంటుంది.
- ఇప్పుడు మిగిలిపోయిన మరొక సీనియర్ ఉపాధ్యాయుడు కోరిన పాఠశాల ని పై మాదిరి అలాట్ చేయండి.
- మీ మండలం "Work adjustment completed" అని message వచ్చే వరకు ఈ అలాట్మంట్ కొనసాగించండి.
- ఇప్పుడు Dash Board Tables నందు ఇంకనూ Surplusగ ఉన్నఉప ఉపాధ్యాయులను మీ Deputy Educational Officer గారి లాగిస్ కి పంపబడ్డాయి. వారి వద్ద ఇదే మాదిరి డివిజన్ లెవల్ counselling ఉంటుంది అని తెలియజేయాలి.
- అలాగే ఇంకనూ Deficit ఉన్న పాఠశాలల ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులకు మీ పాఠశాల కి Division Level work adjustment Dy.Ε.Ο గారు surplus ఉపాధ్యాయులను కేటాయిస్తారు అని తెలియజేయాలి.
- చివరగా Work Adjustment ఆర్డర్స్ download చేసుకుని ఆయా ఉపాధ్యాయులకు అందించి, వారు నూతన పాఠశాల లో చేరే విధంగా బాధ్యత వహించాలి.

As per existing norms, his shall be considered from the date of joining in the new district. So concerned DDOs should take care of the dates when confirming their details in FR App. |

In-charge arrangements are done for vacant DyEO posts among 74 Revenue divisions. In any case, the in-charge arrangements are not made, the same may be informed to RJDSE concerned for taking further course of action. |

No, the Junior most in the shall be identified as Surplus. |

Is there any provision to opt nearby As mandal. |
As per the guidelines given, after adjusting the surplus teachers to the extent of deficit posts in the same mandal, the remaining teachers will be considered in the neighboring mandal within the division. |
