All the District Educational Officers & Ex-Officio Project Coordinators, Additional Project Coordinators and Mandal Educational Officers in the State are hereby informed that the Government has decided to extend the provision of supply of Text Books, Note Books and Bags to all students in Class XI to XII across the specified institutions viz., Government Junior Colleges, Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalayas, A.P. Model Schools, A.Ρ. Residential Educational Institutions and High School Plus in Andhra Pradesh for the Academic year 2024-25.
Accordingly, Work orders were issued to Notebooks and Bags suppliers of Students kits for supply of Note Books and Bags to all students studying Class XI to XII across the specified institutions. Each student will be supplied with a large size school bag and 12 Notebooks each containing 200 pages (6 White long Notebooks and 6 Ruled long Notebooks).
The indents are received from the concerned specified institution head offices and the supply orders are also issued to the suppliers for supply at Mandal stock points.
The District Educational Officers and Additional Project Coordinators are hereby requested to issue necessary instructions to the Mandal Educational Officers that they have to thoroughly verify the material received and identify the damaged and mismatch items received if any and enter the details in the records so that the same shall be returned to the concerned suppliers for replacement as done in respect of the material received for the students studying I to X class. The concerned Mandal Educational Officers will be responsible for providing the quality material to the students.
There will be no change in the procedure for receiving and distributing the material to the concerned institutions. The details of the institutions and supply order will be shared to the districts.
All the District Educational Officers and Additional Project Coordinators are hereby by requested to give proper instructions to the Mandal Educational Officers to coordinate with the Principals of Junior Colleges/Model Schools/KGBVs/APREIS/High School plus in their district.
