2023 డిసెంబర్ లో జరిగిన నేషనల్ మీన్స్ కం మెరిట్ స్కాలర్షిప్ పరీక్షలో ఎంపిక అయిన విద్యార్థులు ఈ సంవత్సరం తప్పకుండా 31 ఆగస్ట్ 2024 లోపు నేషనల్ స్కాలర్షిప్ పోర్టల్ ద్వారా ఆన్లైన్ దరఖాస్తులను సమర్పించాలి అని, 2020, 2021 మరియు 2022 సంవత్సరాలలో ఎంపిక అయిన విద్యార్థులు తప్పకుండా రెన్యువల్ చేసుకొనవలెను అనియు కేంద్ర మానవ వనరుల శాఖ, న్యూ ఢిల్లీ వారు తెలియజేశారు. మార్పులు చేయబడిన హోమ్ పేజీ, కొత్త మొబైల్ యాప్ మరియు అప్డేట్ చేయబడిన వెబ్ వెర్షన్ తో కూడిన వన్-టైమ్ రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ (OTR) అప్లికేషన్ ప్రారంభించబడి www.scholarships.gov.in లో అందుబాటులో ఉంది, ఈ సంవత్సరం One Time Registration (OTR) అనే పద్దతిని ప్రవేశపెట్టడం జరిగినది. తాజా మరియు పునరుద్ధరణ దరఖాస్తుల సమర్పణ కోసం నేషనల్ స్కాలర్షిప్ పోర్టల్ (NSP) లో OTR అవసరం. NSP లో 2024-25 కోసం విద్యార్థులు NMMSS కోసం తాజా / పునరుద్ధరణ దరఖాస్తులను సమర్పించడానికి చివరి తేదీ 30-08-2024.
స్కూల్ నోడల్ ఆఫీసర్ (INO) లెవెల్ లో ఆమోదించుటకు చివరి తేదీ 15-09-2024 మరియు జిల్లా నోడల్ ఆఫీసర్ (DNO) లెవెల్ లో ఆమోదించుటకు చివరి తేదీ 30-09-2024.
One Time Registration (OTR) కు సంబంధించిన పూర్తి వివరములు నేషనల్ స్కాలర్షిప్ పోర్టల్ (NSP) లేదా ప్రభుత్వ పరీక్షల కార్యాలయ వెబ్సైట్ www.bse.ap.gov.in లో పొందగలరు.
గత సంవత్సరాలలో వలెనే విద్యార్థి వివరములు ఒక్క అక్షరం కూడా తేడా లేకుండా మెరిట్ లిస్ట్ లో ఉన్న విధంగానే ఆధార్ లో ఉండేవిధంగా సరిచూసుకుని పోర్టల్ నందు తమ వివరములు నమోదు చేసుకొనవలెను. అదేవిధంగా మెరిట్ లిస్ట్ లో ఉన్న విధంగానే ఆధార్ కార్డ్ పైన లేని విద్యార్థులు వెంటనే ఆధార్ మరియు బ్యాంక్ పాస్ బుక్ లలో సరిచేయించుకొనవలెను. మెరిట్ లిస్ట్ లో ఉన్న వివరములే తప్పుగా ఉన్న యెడల వెంటనే సంబంధిత స్కూల్ వారి ద్వారా సంబంధిత జిల్లా విద్యాశాఖాధికారి వారి కార్యాలయంలో ఆధార్ Mismatch వివరములను ఇవ్వవలెను. విద్యార్ధి పేరు, పుట్టిన తేదీ, తండ్రి పేరు ఒక్క అక్షరం తేడా ఉన్నా కూడా Mismatch proforma (Excel) సంబంధిత జిల్లా విద్యాశాఖాధికారి వారి కార్యాలయములో ఇవ్వవలెను. ప్రతి విద్యార్థి తన బ్యాంక్ ఖాతా ను తన ఆధార్ నెంబర్ కు సీడ్ చేయించుకొని DBT ద్వారా డబ్బులు జమ అయ్యేవిధంగా ఏర్పాటు చేసుకొనవలెను. లేని యెడల స్కాలర్షిప్ జమ కాదు. ఈ పధకం యొక్క విధి విధానాలు నేషనల్ స్కాలర్షిప్ పోర్టల్ నందు పొందగలరు. విద్యా మంత్రిత్వ శాఖ, న్యూ ఢిల్లీ వారు నిర్దేశించిన గడువులోపు ఈ ప్రక్రియ పూర్తి చేయని విద్యార్థులకు స్కాలర్షిప్ మంజూరు కాబడదు, దానికి విద్యార్థి తల్లితండ్రులు మరియు సంబంధిత పాఠశాలవారే బాధ్యత వహించవలసి ఉంటుంది అని ప్రభుత్వ పరీక్షల కార్యాలయ సంచాలకులు శ్రీ డి. దేవానంద రెడ్డి గారు తెలియజేసారు.
The Portal is open for One Time Registration (OTR) for students.
- Apply now One Time Registration (OTR) is a unique number allotted to the student and is applicable for entire academic career on National Scholarship Portal.
- OTR is required to apply for the scholarships on National Scholarship Portal from AY 2024-25.
- OTR can be generated using Aadhaar/Aadhaar Enrollment number (EID)
- The students who have applied on National Scholarship Portal in AY 2023-24 will be allotted the OTR/Reference number through the portal and intimated through SMS.
- NSP OTR App is available on Google Play Store.
- The Fresh Scholarship application form for AY 2024-25 is now open.
- One Time Registration (OTR) is a unique 14-digit number issued based on the Aadhaar/Aadhaar Enrolment ID (EID) and is applicable for the entire academic career of the student.
- OTR simplifies the scholarship application process, thereby eliminating the need of registration in each academic year. OTR is required to apply for scholarship on National Scholarship Portal.
- Student login tips Student/Parent/Legal guardian must read the instructions carefully before registration.
- Student/Parent/Legal is advised to fill all the required details carefully and check properly before submission as correction/editing will not be allowed after submission.
- Any wrong/false information may lead to rejection.
- Enter correct OTR number as provided during registration.
- The unique identifier helps to verify identity and track application progress.
- Keep your password confidential and avoid sharing it with anyone to protect your account security.
- In case you forget your password, utilize the Forgot Password option to reset it.
- Student/Parent/Legal is also advised to refer to National Scholarship Portal for regular updates.
- One Time Registration (OTR) is mandatory for applying for various scholarship schemes on National Scholarship Portal/other portals.
Steps for Registration:
- Once allotted an OTR, student can apply for scholarship later when the portal is open for application submission.
- Upon successful registration, a reference number will be sent on the registered mobile number. Download and install NSP OTR app and Aadhaar Face RD services on android based devices.
- Perform the Face-Authentication using the generated reference number for OTR sent on your mobile no.
- After successful Face-Authentication OTR will be generated.
- Please apply for Scholarship using OTR. Merely generation of OTR does not tantamount to application for scholarship.
- Aadhaar Requirement: Aadhaar is required for OTR.
- If Aadhaar is not assigned, registration can be done using Enrollment ID (EID) for Aadhaar.
- If a minor student has not been assigned Aadhaar yet, registration can be done using Aadhaar of her parent or legal guardian.
- It is advised to update other relevant demographic records (name, dob, gender) to match with Aadhaar/EID.
- Parent/legal guardian of minor applying with their Aadhaar must ensure that while making an application for Aadhaar enrolment of minor shall use the same demographic details (of minor) as used in the OTR. One OTR ID is allowed per student.
- However, parent/legal guardian can generate upto a maximum of two OTRs (for two minor children) In case more than one OTR is found for a student, she would be liable for debarment from scholarships.
