ORDER:
Government issued Comprehensive Orders on implementation of 11th PRC, Revised Pay Scales, 2022, vide reference 1ª read above. In the reference 2nd read above, Government have revised the rates of HRA @ 24% of the basic pay subject to a maximum of Rs.25,000/- to all employees of Secretariat and Heads of Departments (HoDs) w.e.f 01.01.2022 and shall be continued upto June, 2024.
The Employees' Associations have represented to continue the HRA at 24% beyond June, 2024 for the Secretariat and HoD employees, as the premises listed in the GO 2nd read above, still exists and the 12th PRC is yet to give its recommendations on the subject..
Government, after careful consideration of the entire matter and keeping in view of the welfare of the employees, have decided to extend the HRA at 24% of the basic pay subject to a maximum of Rs.25,000/- to all employees of Secretariat and Heads of Departments w.e.f 01.07.2024 and shall be continued for a further period of one year beyond June, 2024 i.e. upto June, 2025.
సచివాలయం, హెచ్వోడీ కార్యాలయ ఉద్యోగులకు హెచ్ఐరీను ఏపీ ప్రభుత్వం పెంచింది. ప్రస్తుతం ఉన్న 16 శాతం హెచ్ఐరీను 24 శాతానికి పెంచింది.ఈ మొత్తం రూ.25 వేలకు మించకుండా వర్తింపజేయాలని నిర్ణయించింది. ఈ మేరకు ఆర్థికశాఖ కార్యదర్శి ఉత్తర్వులు జారీ చేశారు.
