Transfer and posting of the following IAS Officers is ordered with immediate effect: -
Sri G. Anantha Ramu, IAS (1990), Special Chief Secretary to Government, B.C. Welfare Department is transferred and posted as Special Chief Secretary to Government, Environment, Forests, Science & Technology Department, duly relieving Sri. Neerabh Kumar Prasad, IAS (1987) from full additional charge.
Sri Ram Prakash Sisodia, IAS (1991), Director General, A.P. Human Resources Development Institute (APHRDI) is transferred and posted as Special Chief Secretary to Government (Lands & DM, Registration and Stamps) Revenue Department, duly relieving Sri. Ajay Jain, IAS (1991) from full additional charge.
Smt G. Jaya Lakshmi, IAS (1995), Principal Secretary to Government, Department of Women, Children, Differently Abled & Senior Citizens is transferred and posted as Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, duly relieving Sri G. Sai Prasad, IAS (1990) from full additional charge.
Sri Kantilal Dande, IAS (1999), Principal Secretary to Government, Tribal Welfare Department is transferred and posted as Principal Secretary to Government, Transport, Roads & Buildings Department, duly relieving Sri. Pradyumna, P.S, IAS (2004) from full additional charge.
Sri M. Girija Shankar, IAS (1999), Chief Commissioner of State Taxes is relieved from the full additional charge of the post of Secretary to Government (CT), Finance Department. Hereafter the subject will be looked after by Principal Secretary Finance.
Sri S. Suresh Kumar, IAS (2000), Commissioner, School Education is transferred and posted as Secretary to Government, Infrastructure and Investment Department duly relieving Dr. N. Yuvaraj, IAS (2005) from the full additional charge. The MoS is also placed In full additional charge of the post of Secretary to Government, GVWV&VSWS Department, duly relieving Sri. Ajay Jain, IAS (1991) from full additional charge.
The Mos shall continue to hold full additional charge of the post of Secretary to Government (Political), General Administration Department, until further orders.
Sri Saurabh Gaur, IAS (2002), Secretary to Government, Higher Education is placed in full additional charge of the post of Secretary to Government, ITE&C and RTGS, duly relieving Sri Kona Sasidhar, IAS (2003) from full additional charge.
The MoS shall also hold the full addition charge of Secretary, Skills Development and Training Department, until further orders.
The post held by Dr. N. Yuvaraj, IAS (2005), Secretary to Government, Industries & Commerce Department is re-designated as Secretary to Government, Industries & Commerce and Food Processing. Sri. Chiranjiv Choudhary, IFS (1989) is relieved of the full additional charge of Principal Secretary Food Processing.
Sri K. Harshavardhan, IAS (2005), Secretary to Government, Social Welfare Department Is transferred and posted as Secretary to Government, Minorities Welfare Department.
Sri P. Bhaskara, IAS (2005), Commissioner, Collegiate Education is transferred and posted as Secretary to Govemment, Backward Classes Welfare Department. The MoS is also placed in full additional charge of the post of Secretary to Government, Department of Economically Weaker Sections Welfare.
The Mos shall continue to hold full additional charge of the post of Secretary to Government (Services & HRM) and Secretary to Government (GPM&AR), General Administration Department, until further orders.
Sri K. Kanna Babu, IAS (2006), Commissioner, Panchayat Raj & Rural Development is transferred and posted as Secretary to Government, Social Welfare Department. The MoS is also placed in full additional charge of the post of Secretary to Government Tribal Welfare Department.
The MoS shall also hold full additional charge of Commissioner, Panchayat Raj & Rural Development, until further orders.
Sri Vadarevu Vinay Chand, IAS (2008), Secretary (FP), Finance Department is transferred and posted as Secretary to Government (Tourism and Culture), YAT & C Department.
Sri Vivek Yadav, IAS (2008), who is waiting for posting is posted as Secretary to Government (Youth Services and Sports), YAT & C Department.
Smt A. Surya Kumari, IAS (2008), Commissioner, Fisheries is transferred and posted as Secretary to Government, Department of Women, Children, Differently Abled & Senior Citizens.
Dr. C Sridhar, IAS (2009), Commissioner Rehabilitation and Resettlement is transferred and posted as Director, Industries.
Sri J. Nivas, IAS (2010) who is waiting for posting is posted as Additional Secretary to Government, Finance Department.
Sri V Vijaya Rama Raju, IAS (2012) who is waiting for posting is posted as Director School Education.
Sri Himanshu Shukla, IAS (2013) who is waiting for posting is posted as Director Information and Public Relations in the existing vacancy.
Sri S Dilli Rao, IAS (2013) who is waiting for posting is posted as Director Agriculture vice Sri Chevvuru Hari Kiran, IAS (2009) transferred.
