Fourth Edition of NYPS: Registration open till 30th September, 2024. Last date for conducting Youth Parliament Sitting ( Virtual/ Physical) and uploading of report , video, photo, etc. is 31st October, 2024.
Each institution is allowed to conduct multiple YPS through separate registrations for separate batches of students.

In pursuance of the reference 2nd cited above, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers in the state are informed that the Deputy Secretary, Ministry of Education, Department of School Education & Literacy, GoI, New Delhi has informed that to increase the coverage under the Youth Parliament Programme to previously untouched sections and corners of the country, a web-portal for the National Youth Parliament Scheme (NYPS) was designed and launched in the year 2019. Registration for the 4th Edition on the NYPS portal is now open and can be accessed at https://nyps.mpa.gov.in/. All the recognized educational institutions in the country are encouraged to register on the portal and organize youth parliament sittings. The features of the web portal are as under:
- All recognized educational institutions of the country are eligible to participate in this programme.
- The registration for participation is done by the educational institutions on the web-portal.
- E-training modules, videos, photographs and scripts in connection with Youth Parliament are available on the portal for online self-learning of the participants.
- After successful registration, the educational institutions will be able to conduct youth parliament sittings in their respective institutions.
- Each student taking part in the sitting will get a Digital 'Certificate of Participation and the Teachers in charge and Head of Institution each will get a 'Certificate of Appreciation' through the web portal.
- Each institution is allowed to conduct multiple Youth Parliament sittings through separate registrations for separate batches of students.
District Educational Officers in the State are requested to issue necessary instructions to all the filed-level officers to take necessary steps for the participation of all Schools in the State of Andhra Pradesh in the web-portal based National Youth Parliament Scheme (NYPS).
