All the Regional joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers in the state are hereby informed that the lesson plans for 9th & 10th classes in the CBSE syllabus were prepared with the support of the APU team, LFE & SCERT, based on Structured Pedagogy in the workshop organized at LOYOLA College campus during the period from 20/12/23 to 01/12/23 by the Joint Director, AP Model Schools.
Further, based on the report of the Secretary, CRISP, New Delhi, the Director SCERT is requested to approve the prepared lesson plans after verifying them with subject experts. They are further requested to complete this task before 15.01.2024, as the training schedule is planned for February/March 2024 for Teachers of CBSE Affiliated Government Management Schools.
In view of this, it is decided to conduct a 2-day workshop to verify and curate the lesson plans of 9th & 10th classes in the CBSE syllabus from 09-01-2024 to 10-01-2024 with identified subject experts at SCERT conference hall along with SCERT Faculty.
Hence, the District Educational Officers are requested to depute the identified Subject Experts (List enclosed) for the workshop and instruct them to report before the Director, SCERT at 10 AM on 09-01-2024 without fail.
Furthermore, the Joint Director Model Schools is requested to depute representatives from the CBSE cell O/o SSE, CRISP, and APU.
The TA/DA will be paid as per norms.
