As per the note orders of the Commissioner of School Education, A.P., Ibrahimpatnam all the Regional Joint Directors and District Educational Officers of School Education Department in the State are requested draw your attention to the reference cited, and they are informed that 56th National Library Week Celebrations are scheduled to be conducted from 14.11.2023 to 20.11.2023 in all Public Libraries in the state.
Further the are informed that Libraries are the knowledge hubs of society and books are the dreams that can be held in the hands the printed literature in the form of books. The schedule of the programme is as shown under.

In this connection, all the Regional Joint Directors and District Educational Officers of School Education Department in the state are hereby requested to extend your cooperation and coordination with Secretaries of Zilla Granthalaya Samstha of the concerned districts, for successful conduction of 56th National Library Week Celebrations in befitting manner and also requested to issue instructions to all Headmasters/Principals of the all schools under the all Managements for participation in the 56th National Library Week Celebrations by way of initiation of children to participate in various co-curricular activities/ competitions like essay writing, debating, elocution, dance, drama, skits, drawing painting etc. Further, they are requested to appoint the Deputy Education Officers/ Mandal Education Officers in their respective districts as monitoring officers to coordinate with all Branch Libraries in their jurisdiction for successful organization of the 56th National Library Week Celebrations.
Further the Regional Joint Directors and District Educational Officers of School Education Department in the State are requested to issue instructions to the Headmasters/Principals of all Schools under all managements to encourage the students and ensure more number of students to take part in the competitions scheduled to be conducted in the nearest Branch Libraries of their Village/Town as part of 56th National Library Week Celebrations.
These orders are issued with the approval of the Commissioner of School Education, A.P. Ibrahimpatnam.
