While enclosing herewith copy of the above reference cited, all the Regional Joint Director of School Education and District Educational Officers in the state are requested to take necessary action for mass reading of the preamble of the Constitution of India at 11 A.M on 26.11.2023 from their respective offices and in School functioning under their respective jurisdictions. They are also requested to take suitable action for organizing activities relating to the celebrations of Constitution Day, in a befitting and appropriate manner.
