ORDER:
In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner of School Education, in the letter 3rd read above, Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord permission, as follows:-
- To submit the proposals by the managements of private
schools through off-line for granting recognition and additional sections to avoid hardship to the students appearing for S.S.C. Public Examinations - 2024. - To extend the recognition of the schools from 03 to 08 years those who have already taken recognition for a period of 03 years, to comply the orders dated 11.08.2023 of the Hon’ble High Court in W.P.No.18190 of 2023.
- To consider the inspection fee already paid by the managements of private schools through CFMS before online notification and to extend the fee payment up to 31.12.2023 without fine for opening of new schools / up gradation of existing schools for the academic year 2024- 2025.
