in the webex review meeting held on above reference cited, it is found that in some schools readiness is given in the STMS but they are physically not ready. In this regard painting labour are reaching the school and returning back without executing the work due to physical non readiness of the school. The companies are put to loss in incurring loss on account of transportation and labour cost. It is decided to recover the loss from the concerned HMs for their negligence and carelessness.
Further, the MD, APEWIDC may be instructed to verify and send the details of the labour charges and traveling expenses details incurred by the Painting companies. The same may be forwarded to the Districts for taking necessary action.
Hence, All the District Educational Officers and Additional Project Coordinators in the state are hereby instructed to ensure no school shows readiness in STMS without being physically ready.
