ORDER:
In the G.O. 2nd read above, orders have been issued increasing the age limit prescribed for various uniform posts in relevant rules, by two (2) years for Uniformed Services recruitment to be notified by the Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission and other Recruiting Agencies and this was valid up to 30.09.2023. The Age concession over and above the upper age limit was also allowed to the categories, as provided under Rule 12 of the A.P. State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996.
Government after careful examination of the matter have decided to raise the upper age limit prescribed for various uniform posts in the Registered No. HSE-49/2016 W.No.40 AMARAVATI, TUESDAY, OCTOBER 10, 2023 G.761 PART I - NOTIFICATIONS BY GOVERNMENT, HEADS OF DEPARTMENTS AND OTHER OFFICERS
NOTIFICATIONS BY GOVERNMENT relevant rules by two (2) years for Uniformed Services recruitment to be notified by the Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission and other Recruiting Agencies and this shall be valid up to 30.09.2024 and issue an ad-hoc rule accordingly.
The following Notification shall be published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette:-
NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India and of all other powers hereunto enabling, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following Adhoc Rule:-
ADHOC RULE
Notwithstanding anything contained in the Andhra Pradesh State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996 or Special Rules or Adhoc Rules for any State Service or Subordinate Service, the upper age limit prescribed for uniform posts in relevant rules is increased by two (2) years for recruitment of Uniformed Services to be notified by the Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission and other Recruiting agencies. This is valid up to 30.09.2024. The age concession over and above the upper age limit shall also be allowed to the categories, as provided under Rule 12 of the Andhra Pradesh State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996.
