The Santoor Scholarship program is an initiative of Wipro Consumer Care and Wipro Cares. The program intends to financially support girls from disadvantaged backgrounds, who wish to pursue higher education after grade 12. Launched in 2016-17, the program offers support to 1900 students every year, across the states of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka and Chhattisgarh. It is a recurring annual program and the selected students are supported for the duration of their higher education. The support covers tuition fees and incidental expenses. Over the last seven years, close to 6000 students have received support through the Santoor Scholarship Program. Besides students inclined towards professional courses, those showing a keen interest in pursuing their higher education in the fields of humanities, liberal arts and sciences are strongly encouraged to apply. Preference is given to students from backward districts.
Santoor Scholarship Programme 2023-24

Santoor Scholarship Programme 2023-24 Eligibility:
- Open only for young women from underprivileged backgrounds from the states of Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Telangana or Chhattisgarh
- Have passed Class 10 from a local government school
- Have passed Class 12 from a government school/junior college in the academic year 2022-23
- Have enrolled in a full-time graduate programme beginning in 2023-24
- The duration of the full-time graduate course must be minimum 3 years.
- Students showing a keen interest in pursuing their higher education in the fields of humanities, liberal arts and sciences in addition to professional courses are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Students from the aspirational (backward) districts will be prioritized too.
The winners of the scholarship will be given INR 24,000 per annum till the completion of the course. This amount can be utilized for tuition fees or other expenses incidental to education.
Santoor Scholarship Programme 2023-24 Required Documents:
- One recent passport-size photograph
- Photocopy of applicant's passbook (other than Gramin Bank)
- Photocopy of Aadhaar Card or any government ID
- Photocopy of class 10 certificate
- Photocopy of class 12 certificate
The applicant is required to read the following terms and conditions in its entirety. The candidate on submitting the application is deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions herein.
- This page is meant for applying for a grant under the ‘SANTOOR SCHOLARSHIP’ programme for the year 2023-24, for girl students who wish to pursue higher education after Class 12, in any discipline of a minimum of three years’ duration.
- Any application which does not meet the pre-requisites is liable to be rejected.
- Wipro Cares reserves the sole right to offer the scholarship and also has the right to modify/reject/withdraw and/or discontinue the offer without assigning any reason. No other body/agency is authorized to make any offer on the Santoor Scholarship.

సంతూర్ స్కాలర్షిప్ ప్రోగ్రామ్ 2023-24 గ్రామీణ ప్రాంత పేద విద్యార్థినులకు ఆర్ధికంగా ఆదుకొని చదువులో రాణించేలా చూడడానికి విప్రో సంస్థ 'సంతూర్ ఉపకారవేతనాలను అందిస్తోంది. ఈ స్కాలర్షిప్ 2023 ప్రకటన వెలువడింది. ఇంటర్ పూర్తిచేసిన బాలికలు దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవచ్చు. ఆర్థికంగా వెనుకబడిన నేపథ్యం ఉన్న బాలికలను చదువులో ప్రోత్సహించడానికి విప్రో కన్సూమర్ కేర్, విప్రో కేర్స్ కలిసి వీటిని అందిస్తున్నాయి. ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్, తెలంగాణ, కర్ణాటక మూడు రాష్ట్రాల నుంచి ఏడాదికి 1900 మందికి ఈ ప్రోత్సాహకాలు అందుతున్నాయి.
సంతూర్ స్కాలర్షిప్ ప్రోగ్రామ్ 2023-24 వివరాలు:
అర్హతలు: పదో తరగతి, ఇంటర్మీడియట్ ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాల, కళాశాలల్లోనే చదివుండాలి. అలాగే ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్, కర్ణాటక, తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్రాలకు చెందిన పేద బాలికలే ఈ స్కాలర్షిప్కు అర్హులు. 2022- 23 విద్యాసంవత్సరంలో ఇంటర్ లేదా సమాన స్థాయి కోర్సులు పూర్తిచేసినవారై ఉండాలి. 2023- 24లో ఏదైనా బ్యాచిలర్ డిగ్రీ మొదటి సంవత్సరం కోర్సుల్లో చేరి ఉండాలి. కనీసం మూడేళ్లు, ఆపై వ్యవధితో ఉన్న డిగ్రీ కోర్సుల్లో చేరినవారే ఈ స్కాలర్షిప్పు పొందడానికి అర్హులు.
స్కాలర్షిప్ : ఎంపికైన విద్యార్థినులకు మూడేళ్లు లేదా కోర్సు పూర్తయినంత వరకు ప్రతినెలా రూ. రెండు వేల చొప్పున స్కాలర్షిప్ ఇస్తారు. డబ్బు నేరుగా వారి బ్యాంకు ఖాతాలో జమవుతుంది.
దరఖాస్తు: దరఖాస్తు ఫారాన్ని సంస్థ వెబ్సైట్ నుంచి డౌన్లోడ్ చేసుకుని, ప్రింటవుట్ తీసుకోవాలి. అందులో పూర్తి వివరాలను నింపి పోస్టు ద్వారా పంపాలి. దరఖాస్తు ఫీజు చెల్లించాల్సిన అవసరం లేదు.

Selected scholars will receive the scholarship amount as a direct benefit transfer to their bank account.
In order to avail the scholarship, the students should have their account in any nationalized bank only. However, bank accounts of Gramin Bank will not be allowed. In case a student holds an account at Gramin Bank, such details will not be accepted.
