Work Adjustment of Subject Teachers/SGTs As Per The Requirement Based On the Enrolment As On 30.07.2023
ZPP/MPP & Govt. Management:
Rationalization of teachers were completed based on the previous academic year enrolment as on 31.08.2022.
At present there is need/surplus of teachers in some schools based on 30.07.2023 enrolment. Hence, there is a need of work adjustment of teachers in all managements.
Surplus SAS/SGTs based on 30.07.2023 enrolment may be deputed as per preferences:
- To the schools where no Subject teacher or SGT available.
- Work adjustment of teachers shall be with in the management.
- Within the mandal.
- Within the School complex.
- Adjacent Mandal/Division.
- Intra Management.
Plain area surplus teachers shall be forcibly deputed to work in up land area/ agency area.
Municipal Management:
Work Adjustment Of Subject Teachers/SGTs As Per The Requirement Based On the Enrolment As On 30.07.2023
> Rationalization in municipal management was not taken due to pending of Municipal service rules. It is under examination of the Government
Based on 30.07.2023 enrolment there is a need of work adjustment of teachers in all Municipal Schools
Surplus SAS/SGTs based on 30.07.2023 enrolment may be deputed as per the following preferences:
- To the schools where no Subject teacher or SGT available.
- Work adjustment of teachers shall be with in the municipality.
- Near by municipality with in the District (erstwhile).
- Intra Management.
- For Quality Assessment and Evaluation, the following reforms are proposed in Science paper in SSC Examinations w.e.f 2023-24 AY
- Science Question Paper will be divided into two Separate Question Papers i.e., Physical Science (50M) and Biological Science (50M) with17 Questions in each paper.
- Physical Science and Biological Science Examinations will be conducted on two different days with a duration of 2Hours each.
- Inspections and Visits.
- Training to teachers.
- Quality Initiatives.
- Assessments.
- Co-curricular and Extra-Curricular Activities:
- To encourage students to participate in games and sports conducted at various levels.
- Convergence with all line departments to promote the students as per their interest in co-curricular/extra-curricular activities.
- Establishment and Recognition of Schools

- Other functions:
- Monitoring of teacher and student attendance.
- Making alternative arrangements in single teacher schools (if any) where the teacher is on leave/training/on duty.
- To support the Mandal Educational Officer II in performing his/her duties in the Mandal.
- To identify unrecognized institutions in the jurisdiction and report to authorities.
- To maintain the rapport with line departments viz, Village & Ward Secretariat department, Women and Child Welfare Department, Panchayat Raj Department, Health and Family Welfare Department etc.,

- To support the Mandal Educational Officer-in performing his/her duties in the Mandal.
- To maintain the rapport with line departments viz, Village & Ward Secretariat department, Women and Child Welfare Department, Panchayat Raj Department, Health and Family Welfare Department etc.,
- School Leadership training and Capacity building for the School heads (Principals/Headmasters)
- Social Audit of School in Coordination with School Management Committee in ensuring proper Infrastructure and other activities.
