In the review meeting held on 11.07.2023 a decision is taken to complete the School readiness in respect of Painting, Drinking water systems and other items in the next two weeks. In respect of Painting and Drinking water systems 25% of Target should be completed before every WebEx meeting. Within the next four WebEx meetings the target should be completed. In respect of Roof and Ceiling treatment, the target should be completed by 18th July.
All the Additional Project Coordinators and District Educational Officers are instructed to ensure that Mandal Educational Officers visit the schools in their jurisdiction and ensure submission of school readiness by Head Masters in respect of Painting, Drinking water systems and Roof and Ceiling as per the targets indicated above.
