3. CSE letter Lr.Rc.No.32022/6/2023-(ACCOUNTS) EST3-CSE dated 13-06-2023. I invite your kind attention to the subject and reference 2nd and 3rd cited.
In the reference 3rd cited, it was informed that due to deployment of School Assistants to High School Plus, Teachers promotions etc 1752 SGT surplus posts will be upgraded as School Assistants and existing School Assistants will be re-deployed to High School Plus. Further, it was informed that due to SGT promotions, certain vacancies arose, which are to be upgraded as School Assistants. In addition, transfers were affected as per the orders 2nd cited.
However, the information pertaining to the above issues is yet to be received by this office (DTA). Therefore, it is requested to furnish the information pertaining to transfers, upgradation, re-deployment of posts etc..so as to enable us to communicate the same to all the Treasury Officers in the state. Furthermore, it is requested to update the DOPP accordingly by 25-07-2023 as the issue is linked with the salaries of teachers, it is requested to furnish the details at an early date so as to prevent delay in the payment of salaries.
