Vacant aided teaching and non teaching posts filling guidelines 2023 Before filling up the posts on a permanent basis, the vacant aided teaching and non teaching posts shall be filled on a contractual basis, initially for a period of (3) years, following the same process of selection as prescribed in the Rules.

ORDER:
In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner of School Education, in the reference 2nd read above, Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby order to amend Rule 12 (3) of the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Establishment, Recognition, Administration and Control of Schools under Private Managements) Rules, 1993 issued in G.O.Ms.No.1, Education (PS.2) Department, dt:01.01.1994.
Accordingly, the following notification shall be published in the Extra-ordinary issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, dated:23.06.2023.
NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 99 of the Andhra Pradesh Education Act, 1982 (Andhra Pradesh Act No.1 of 1982), the Government hereby makes the following amendment to the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Establishment, Recognition, Administration and Control of Schools under Private managements) Rules, 1993 issued in G.O.Ms.No.1, Education(PS.2) Department, dated.01.01.1994 as subsequently amended.
AMENDMENT:
In Rule 12, after sub-rule 3(A), the following sub-rule shall be inserted, namely:-
"(B). Before filling up the posts on a permanent basis, the vacant aided teaching and non teaching posts shall be filled on a contractual basis, initially for a period of (3) years, following the same process of selection as prescribed in the Rules.
