Order:
The attention of all the District Educational Officers in the State are invited to the reference 1st read above, wherein orders were issued to man the (5,809) vacant School Assistant posts through eligible and senior SGTS, by providing Subject Teachers Allowance @Rs.2,500 per month, till the promotions are given as per the directions given by the Hon'ble High Court in pending Writ Petitions.
Further in the reference 2nd read above, the Government have accorded permission to the Commissioner of School Education, to draw the Subject Teacher Allowance under "Sub-Detailed Head 012" and issue necessary instructions to the Treasuries for admitting the same.
In view of the above, all the District Educational Officers in the State are requested to take further necessary action immediately as per the Government Orders and submit compliance to this office.

The attention of the Commissioner of School Education, is invited to the reference 1st cited, wherein orders were issued to man the (5,809) vacant School Assistant posts through eligible and senior SGTS, by providing Subject Teachers Allowance @Rs.2,500 per month, till the promotions are given as per the directions given by the Hon'ble High Court in pending Writ Petitions.
In the reference 3rd cited, the Commissioner of School Education, has requested the Government regarding creation of the detailed head with nomenclature of "Special Teacher Allowance" and also for sanction of total budget under revenue expenditure required for the financial year fornpayment of Subject Teacher Allowance @2500 to the eligible SGTS for the 5809 vacant School Assistant posts
Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord permission to the Commissioner of School Education, to draw the Subject Teachers Allowance under "Sub-Detailed Head 012" and issue necessary instructions to the Treasuries for admitting the same.
