RPS 2015 fixations beyond 31-01-2020 Clarification issued in order to allow fixation as per 11th PRC from RPS 2010, initially pay needs to be fixed in RPS 2015. Therefore all the DTAOs are instructed to allow RPS 2015 fixations from RPS 2010 beyond 31-01-2020, along with all the eligible arrears as per the extant rules in force.

Attention of all the DTAOS in the State is invited to the subject and references cited. They are informed that the Government memo 2nd cited clearly reads as follows
"Therefore, those who have not opted for RPS, 2015 can continue in RPS, 2010 and they can exercise option for fixation their pay as per the orders to be issued on the recommendation of 11th PRC keeping in view the PRC has already submitted his report to the Govt."
In this context, they are informed that, in order to allow fixation as per 11th PRC from RPS 2010, initially pay needs to be fixed in RPS 2015. Therefore all the DTAOs are instructed to allow RPS 2015 fixations from RPS 2010 beyond 31-01-2020, along with all the eligible arrears as per the extant rules in force.
Further, this clarification is for fixations in RPS 2015 from RPS 2010 only. For fixations from earlier RPS, all the existing rules are to be followed.
