ORDER:
In the circumstances reported by the State Project Director, Samagra Shiksha in the reference read above and Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby consider the request of A.P work, Art and PET Instructors working in Government, Zilla Parishad and Municipal Schools under Samagra Shiksha, and redress their grievances as follows:
i) Instead of Mandal Educational Officer, Head Master/Mistress shall issue duty certificate.
ii) The State Project Director, APSS shall take up the issue with GoI for enhancement of the salary from Rs.14,203/-
iii) On humanitarian grounds, only request transfers shall be agreed.
iv) The benefit of 5 days Additional Special Casual Leaves shall be extended to women employees.
v) ESI card & EPF facilities shall be provided.
The State Project Director, Samagra Shiksha shall take further necessary action accordingly in the matter.
