4. Proposals from the Mission Director, National Health Mission Dt: 06.01.2023 and 10.04.2023.
ORDER:
In the reference 1st read above, HM&FW Department has increased the salaries of contract employees cadre wise/ HoD wise w.e.f 01.04.2018 including the employees working in National Health Mission.
In the reference 2nd read above, the Andhra Pradesh National Health Mission Employees Association have made a representation to increase the salaries of the contract employees working under the control of National Health Mission.
In view of the representations of the employees, the Executive Committee of State Health and Family Welfare Society has met on 01.11.2022 and reviewed the salary hike of the NHM employees and agreed the proposals for enhancement of salaries to the contract and outsourcing employees working under National Health Mission. It is also informed that the additional expenditure required due to enhancement of the salaries will be met from the funds provided under the RoP of NHM.
After careful examination of the matter, Government hereby enhance the consolidated pay/remuneration/ honorarium to the employees working under National Health Mission for the categories at Sl.No. 18 to 189 at Annexure appended to this order subject to restrict the enhancement up to a maximum of 23% of existing remuneration & duly allowing increase to a minimum remuneration of Rs. 15,000/- in certain categories wherever it is less than Rs.15000/- (even though the increased % is more than 23%).
This Orders shall be applicable to the contract & outsourced employees who are appointed under National Health Mission as per procedure and continued by the Government of India and Government of Andhra Pradesh from time to time.
This order issues with the concurrence of the Finance (HR.I-Plg. & Policy) department vide U.O.No.HROPDPP/28/2023 (Computer No. 1967354), Dated:03.04.2023.
