AP DEECET 2023 Notification, Apply Online DEECET 2023 NOTIFICATION, ELIGIBILTY, ONLINE APPLICATION to take admission into Two years Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) in Government District Institutes of Education and Training (D.L.E.Ts) and other Private Elementary Teacher Training
AP DEECET 2023 Schedule Important Dates:

Online applications are invited for Diploma in Elementary Education Common Entrance test through Online (DEECET-2023) for admission into two year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) offered in Government District institutes of Education and Training (DIETS) and also in Private Elementary Teacher Training Institutions for the academic year 2023-24. Candidates can apply only through online https://cse.ap.gov.in & https://apdeecet.apcfss.in from 11.05.2023 to 28.05.2023.
DEECET-2023 Date and Time: DEECET-2023 will be conducted on 12-06-2023 and 13-06-2023 in all 13 erstwhile District Head quarters of the state of Andhra. Pradesh. The Test will be conducted through online in spells.
Fee and submission of Application Online: The fee prescribed for appearing for DEECET-2023 (including examination fee) is Rs.750/- (Rupees Six hundred only). Candidate can pay the fee through payment Gateway from 10-05-2023 to 27-05-2023 and submit online application at the DEECET-2023 website: https://cse.ap.gov.in & https://apdeecet.apefss.in from 11-06-2023 onwards.
Procedure for submission of application online: Detailed procedure for applying: ONLINE is given in the information Bulletin. Candidates can download the "Information Bulletin" free of cost from the DEECET-2023 website: https://cse.ap.gov.in & https://apdeecet.apcfss.in from 09-05-2023 onwards.
Examination centres for DEECET-2023: DEECET-2023 shall be conducted in all the erstwhile 13 Districts of the Andhra Pradesh state, Candidate can choose any District of his/her choice for online examination centre. If the slot for Examination is exhausted (capacity) in the opted district, nearby district centre will be allotted.
AP DEECET 2023 Eligibility criteria for admission:
a) Candidate should be of Indian Nationality
b) The candidates should satisfy Local / Non-Local Status requirement as laid down in A.P. Educational Institutions (Regulation of admission) Order 1974 as subsequently amended from time to time.
c) Candidate should have obtained a rank in DEECET-2023 and should satisfy the eligibility criteria prescribed.
d) AP DEECET 2023 Age Limit: The candidates should have completed 17 years as on 01-09-2023. There is no Upper age limit.
AP DEECET 2023 Educational Qualifications:
i. The candidate who passed or appeared for the 10+ 2 during 2022-23 final Examinations (Qualifying Examination) or its equivalent are eligible to appear for the entrance test. But, they should have passed the qualifying examination by the time of admission.
ii. The candidate should have secured 50 percent of marks in aggregate in qualifying Examination for appearing in the DEECET-2023 for both A & B category seats. The minimum percentage of marks in the case of Schedule caste. Scheduled Tribe and Physically Challenged candidates shall however be 45 percent for both A & B category seats.
iii. Candidate belonging to OC and BC communities shall secure minimum 35 % marks in DEECET-2023. For Scheduled Casts, Scheduled Tribe and Physically Challenged candidates the minimum qualifying mark for allotment of seats reserved under the respective categories will be 25 %. That is to say candidates belonging to SC and ST communities should secure 35 % of marks for consideration against seats under OC/NCC/CAP/Spots category.
Note: The Candidates who passed Intermediate with Vocational Courses are not eligible

Storage of Examination material: The Examination related material will be preserved for six months from the date of Examination and no application in this regard will be entertained beyond this period. 9. Allotment of Seats: All the sanctioned intake of seats in Government DIETs shall be filled by the Convener, DEECET-2023 on the basis of rank obtained in the DEECET 2023 duly following the rule of reservation vide Rule 6 & 7 of G.O.Ms.No.30, dt. 08 07-2015. The seats allotted to the Un-Aided institutions shall be classified as (1) Category A seats (2) Category 'B' seats. The Category A seats shall be 80%. f the sanctioned intake seats in the Un-Aided institutions that do not opt for SW.2 shall be filled on the basis of rank obtained in the DEECET-2022. The Un-Aided institutions that opt for SW.2 shall maintain the region wise reservation. The Category 'B' seats shall be 20% of the total intake seats in the Un-Aided institutions. These 20% seats shall be opened for the candidates who appeared in DEECET-2022 and has been assigned rank in the common merit list.
Method of Admission: All the seats in the Government Institutions / DIETs and 80%) of the seats belongs to category A shall be filled by the Convener DEECET-2023 and the 20% of the seats which are belongs to Category 'B' shall be filled by the respective Institutions subject to scrutiny by the Convener, DEECET-2023

Convener reserves the right to take all actions to ascertain genuineness of certificates of candidates and genuineness of candidates themselves at any stage of admission or during course of study in case already admitted.
