In continuation to the instructions issued in the reference 6th cited, all the District Educational Officers and Additional Project Coordinators, Samagra Siksha in the state are informed that the following clarification has been issued regarding implementation of section 12(1)(C) of RTE Act, 2009 to the Academic year 2023-2024 for admission of children in Class I in all Private Unaided Schools (IB/ICSE/CBSE/State Syllabus) in Andhra Pradesh.
- The children who wish to opt for IB/CSE/CBSE Schools should have completed 05 year as on 01.04.2023.
- The children who wish to opt State Syllabus followed schools should have completed 05 years as on 01.06.2023.
Further, all the District Educational officers and Additional Project Coordinators, Samagra Siksha in the state are requested to follow the below revised schedule to specified in G.O.Ms.No.24, School Education (Prog.ll) Department. Dated: 26.02.2023 for admissions of children under the implementation of Section 12(1) (C) of RTE. 2009 for the Academic year 2023-2024.
In view of the above, all the District Educational officers, Additional Project Coordinators. Samagra Siksha and Regional Joint Directors of School Education in the state are requested to take necessary action and issue necessary instructions to all the concerned and give wide publicity.
