ORDER:
The attention of all the District Educational officers & Ex-Officio District Project Coordinators and all the Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the State are invited to the references cited the Principal Secretary to the Government, School Education, Andhra Pradesh, Amaravathi instructed to constitute a village level committee with 1.Head Master, 2.Parent Committee President, 3.Welfare Educational Assistant and other stake holders to review, monitor and control the dropout student in their areas.
Further the committee should meet every month to take necessary action to control the drop out of the School children and bring all out of School Children back to schools.
Therefore all the District Educational Officers & Ex-Officio District Project Coordinators in the State are instructed to constitute a village level committee with 1.Head Master, 2.Parent Committee President, 3.Welfare Educational Assistant and other Stake holders to review, monitor and control the dropout and ensure enrollment of all out of school children in their areas. Further they are instructed to take necessary action to form the committees and furnish action taken report to this office immediately.
DEOS shall review the action taken of these committees every month and submit report to SPD SS on the number of OOSC/ Drop outs enrolled in regular schools and/ or alternate schools Through the online reporting mechanism developed by SS.
