PAL Project Instructions on dysfunctional and missing tabs Restart of Personalized Adaptive Learning (PAL) Program in AP State


SE-IT - Restart of Personalized Adaptive Learning (PAL) Program in the State-Certain Instructions Issued.   Rc.No.FSE02-31021/99/2018-CSE Dt:17/12/2022

In continuation to the proceedings issued vide reference read above, all the District Educational Officers in the state are already informed to restart of the Personalized Adaptive Learning (PAL) solution in 560 schools in the State.


Further, it is noticed that some tabs which were kept unused during covid were dysfunctional and instructions were issued to collect all such tabs to district central locations for getting them repaired. It is also informed that all the dysfunctional tabs collected should be sent to respective service centres (enclosed) duly collecting proper acknowledgement and get them repaired. Post completion of repair, the tabs shall be returned to the schools.


Further, wrt to the missing tabs, it should be ensured that responsibility shall be fixed on concerned for lapses and the respective amount / tab shall be recovered from the concerned.


Therefore, all the District Educational Officers and Additional Project Coordinators (SS) in that state should also ensure the follow above instructions carefully and disseminate the same to all stake holders in their district. The MIS coordinator/A50 /APO working in Samagra Shiskha shall be dedicatedly kept for monitoring the above project.


These instructions shall be followed scrupulously, any deviation will be viewed serious.


School Education Department has restarted the Personalized Adaptive Learning (PAL) in 560 schools in the State, through proceedings Rc.No.ESE02-31021/99/2018-P/U-CSE,Dt: 19/10/2022.  As per proceedings Rc.No. ESE02-31021/99/2018-CSE Dt:17/12/2022 it was instructed that the MIS coordinator / ASO / APO working in Samagra Shiskha shall be dedicatedly kept for monitoring the above project. The details of the person who has been kept as dedicated District Nodal Person is not intimate to this office.  


  Further, it is noticed that some tabs which were kept unused during Covid were dysfunctional and instructions were issued to collect all such tabs to district central locations for getting them repaired. It is also informed that all the dysfunctional tabs collected should be sent to respective service centers duly collecting proper acknowledgement and get them repaired. Post completion of repair, the tabs shall be returned to the schools. 


 To complete the repairing process, Lenovo company officials have suggested to handover the dysfunctional devices to the attached ASP Centers. Therefore, it is requested to send the dysfunctional Lenovo Tablets ( supplied under PAL Program )  to the attached ASP Centres through a special messenger, vehicle from Samagra Shiskha may be utilized for the logistic purpose to avoid damage to Tabs. This activity should be completed by 24-02-2023 @3.00pm.
