ORDER:-

In the G.O. 1^st read above, orders have been issued for creation of new Department i.e., "Department of Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) Welfare" with A.P. Reddy Welfare and Development Corporation, A.P. Kamma Welfare and Development Corporation, A.P. Brahmin Welfare Corporation, A.P. Kshatriya Welfare and Development Corporation, A.P. Kapu Welfare and Development Corporation and A.P State Arya Vysya Welfare and Development Corporation.

In the G.O. 2^nd read above, amendment has been made to the First Schedule of the Andhra Pradesh Government Business Rules, 2018 for including Department of Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) Welfare in I.First Schedule, "List of Departments", under V. Welfare Sector, after the entry (5) Housing Department.

In G.O. 3^rd read above, the Andhra Pradesh State Economically Backward Classes Welfare and Development Corporation has been included into the Department of Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) Welfare.

In exercise of the powers conferred by the clauses (2) and (3) of the Article166 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following amendments to the Andhra Pradesh Government Business Rules, 2018:-

AMENDMENTS

In the said rules, under II.Second Schedule, "Distribution of Subjects", in V. Welfare Sector, after Chapter V.5.Housing Department, the following shall be added, namely, -
