Ref: Material supplied by the Director, A.P.Govt., Text Books Printing Press, Guntur

All the District Educational Officer & Ex-Officio Project Coordinators and the Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the State are hereby informed that, the Fact Measurement Model Grid Paper were supplied to all the students studying in Govt., Management Schools through the ref.cited.

They are instructed to take necessary action immediately for supply of Foot Measurement Model Grid Paper to the Head Masters of their respective districts through the Mandal Educational Officers concerned with instructions to furnish the Foot measurements of all students and kept at their custody of the concerned Head Master.

విద్యార్థుల పాదాల కొలతలు తీసుకునే విధానం:

• 'జగనన్న విద్యాకానుక'లో భాగంగా ప్రతి విద్యార్థికి జత బూట్లు ప్రభుత్వం సరఫరా చేస్తుంది. 
• విద్యార్ధి కాలికి సరిపోయేలా బూట్లు అందజేసేందుకు ప్రతి విద్యార్థి పాదాల కొలతలు
• తీసుకునేటప్పుడు ఈ జాగ్రత్తలు తప్పనిసరిగా తీసుకోవాలి. మీ పాఠశాలలో ప్రతి విద్యార్థికి ఈ నమూనా పత్రాన్ని అందజేసి, ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు మరియు సిబ్బంది సహకారంతో కొలతలు తీసుకోవాలి.
• పెన్ / మార్కర్, స్కేలు ఈ నమూనా పత్రం సిద్ధం చేసుకోవాలి. 
• నమూనా పత్రం వెనకవైపు ఉన్న పాదముద్ర కొలతపై విద్యార్థిని నిటారుగా నిల్చోమనాలి.
• నిర్దేశించిన విధంగా కొలతలు తీసుకునేందుకు విద్యార్థి పాదం మడమ భాగం 'A' దగ్గర ఒక గీత, బొటనవేలి భాగం 'B' దగ్గర ఒక గీత గీసుకోవాలి.
• ఉదాహరణకు: విద్యార్థి పాదం మడమ భాగం 'A' నుంచి బొటనవేలి భాగం 'B' దగ్గర 17 సెంటీ మీటర్లు ఉందనుకోండి.
• విద్యార్ధి పాదం బొటనవేలి కొన 'B'లో ఎన్ని సెంటీమీటర్లు ఉంటే ఆ కొలత వివరాలు దిగువ బాక్సులో నింపాలి. ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయుడు ఈ కొలతల నమూనా పత్రాన్ని తన వద్ద భద్రపరచుకోవాలి.
• ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయుడు JVK యాప్లో కొలత నమోదు చేయాలి.

Further the Head Master concerned shall upload the Foot measurement particulars of the students in JVK App i.e., in Head Master Login on or before.12.12.2022 without fail.
