The Commissioner of School Education, the Commissioner of Intermediate Education and the Commissioner of Collegiate Education are informed that, an Ordinance No.13 of 2022 dated 29.11.20222 further to amend the Andhra Pradesh Education Act, 1982 to raise the age of superannuation of the teaching and non- teaching employees of the aided private educational institutions with retrospective effect i.e, from 01.01.2022, has been promulgated, which has been published in Part IV-B, Extraordinary of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, dated 29th November, 2022 (A.P.
